Once again I was tempted by the Rose' last night and am sat here at 4.27 in the afternoon suffering like hell.
Has anyone any cures, please?

Ok, your body is low on the following: water and, potassium and salt. You need to get your levels back to normal, so go get a sports drink, one of the isotonic ones. Avoid coke/fruit juice as the acids will not help your stomach.
My personal favourite is Powerade followed by a bag of sea salt crisps. Pop some paracetamol (not ibruprophen) to easy your head and maybe take some indigestion tablets. This should put you back on the road to recovery0 -
