Fry up (well George Foreman grill up these days) and a mug of tea after a night on the tiles., brings you back to planet earth.
Dont suffer with hangovers thankfully anymore, :A but then I dont like the feeling of being totally squiffy either!

Small children. One hangover with them in the house to wake you at 6am and you'll lay off the booze for a good while. Will sort out hangovers for months to come...Space for rent, apply within - Free trial on Thanks button though0

I take milk thistle every day (very cheap at Savers) - it has really made a difference!0

taking something like dioralyte(or other fluid replenishment for diarrohea etc.) before you go to bed, replaces nutrients etc., plus the fact you have to drink water0

Iron Bru from a glass bottle not a can (not sure why but makes a difference)and a crispy white roll with a slice of black pudding and tomato sauce.
Follow up with a mug of milky tea with sugar.
works a treatxxxdxxx

Or you can some of these http://www.zipvit.com/cgi-bin/popupprod.cgi?A220 as you have a drink to prevent a hangover0

I don't get hangovers luckily I just wake up hungry and very very very thirsty.... to avoid this feeling (I don't know if it works for hangovers since I've never really had one)
- Drink some orange juice (small glass) before bed and two or three pints of water. The orange isn't that important I just always feel like drinking it, don't know if it helps, the water is what you need for rehydration.
- Take some B vitamins before you go to bed, alcohol destroys B vitamins (either tablets or something like Marmite) I eat Marmite on toast before bed but if you don't like it a tablet can do it.
- Take a calcium supplement if you drink regularly as alcohol causes your body to lose calcium... long term preventative of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis, won't help your hangover.
- Have something fried (not a complete fry up.... urggghhhh) before bed then you won't wake up craving fried food to make you feel better.
- IGNORE ANYONE WHO TELLS YOU HAIR OF THE DOG
You are not avoiding the effects of alcohol, just delaying them by making yourself, unless you intend to stay drunk forever you will end up feeling worse (and damaging your long term health more)
Da MoronIf you don't like what I say slap me around with a large trout and PM me to tell me why.
