My friend insists her hangover cure works:

Before you go to bed take 2 paracetamol, pint water, banana and teaspoon of honey. She gets this ready before she goes out.

I'm not that organised and always too drunk to remember at the end of the night!:rotfl: :rotfl:

    Thanks everyone for the tips.

Went out on the tiles again last night. 2 4 1 offer in the bar, amazing bargain night. Unfortuantely last my bleedin keys i'm soooooo annoyed with myself.

So wake up this morning, thirsty as hell, had 2 paras, pint of water & a banana. Had read the tip bout barocca b4 so go them sitting waiting for me, gonna have that after writing this.

Love the idea bout the rehydration satchets (for upset tummy).

Don't feel bad at the mo as I think i'm still piddled from night before.

If anyone watched that tv programme bout the liver damage can they let me know what it was called (defo need something to curb my binge drinking).

Reckon I now need to search this site for a cheap car key cutter!!!!!!!

Amazingly I have all the above in stock. Just munching on a banana now, had the paras & honey. Water looking at me, guess I have to drink it.

Let you know how I feel in the morning!

Mrs J2008 - Well done on getting all those spellings right at 2 in the morning after a heavy night out! Let me know if it worked, it might be just the incentive I need to get drunk (even) more often....

Thanks buyitall (having trouble typing now though!!),

After having the honey, etc., had the munchies so made a healthy fry-up (george foreman bacon, poached egg, brown toast & mushrooms) washed down with a mug of tea.

This morning i'm just having my barroca and feel a bit muggy but prob coz i'm tired (postman woke me up & couldn't get back to sleep).

All in all I feel fine - defo do the little honey thing again, can't do any harm can it x

I always manage a bottle of ice-cold water before bed then in the morning, a runny (not snotty) fried egg on toast a bottle of lucozade, then a shower and brush teeth then a nice long walk with another bottle of lucozade to sip on always works for me I've been doing it for about 8yrs now and never had a problem.
Give a person a fish and you feed them for a day; teach that person to
use the Internet and they won't bother you for weeks.:D

8 years - that's a very long walk, not sure if it's worth it just for a night on the tiles.....

    Hair of the dog?

Hahaha, you mean Hare of the Dog! They do a great hangover breakfast - if you can get yourself out of bed, out the house - sunglasses whatever the weather is useful!!
