My theory is that I'll have eaten this evening so I should be fine. Don't get me wrong, I'm very much aware that I'll be arguing with furniture by then but I'm also a bit in denial.

Dammit! If I'd realised I was still thin, I'd have put it off another day!! :rotfl:

Right, so it's going really well and I'm not hungry.

However, I've heard of someone who has eaten and is hungry and has 75 calories left and is on the edge. What can he do? Asking for a friend.

Slimming soups? Supposedly around 25 cals each. Salad leaves? Raw carrots?

Personally, I'd just drink lots of water until the cravings pass.

I'm stuck at work and bl**dy starving. It's not a fast day, it's way past beer o'clock and I'm not happy.

Oxo cube in hot water (think bovril).
About 19 calories, tastes like real food, kills the cravings a bit and warms you up on a cold night like tonight.

But don't use the chicken ones, only beef - the other ones just taste weird ;).

Quite a lot of salt in an oxo cube though.

For what it is yeah, and I wouldn't recommend drinking lots every day, but it's "only" 30% of your RDA (too much if you're eating normally, but on a fasting day probably fine). And to be honest on fasting days sometimes it's a real salt craving I get.

Just looked it up and apparently none! Too much is still bad for you though ;)
