Today is the second fast day of my third week and the fast days are already getting noticeably easier. I've been eating some ryvitas and chopped up apple at lunch on my previous fast days but today I'm saving all my calories for dinner so haven't eaten anything yet.
I'd be lying if I said I wasn't hungry but it's not an unpleasant hunger and I know when I eat my evening meal I will really appreciate it.
I think I've lost a couple of pounds but I've banned myself from getting on the scales for another few weeks because I don't want to get too disheartened if I haven't lost much.0 -

It's amazing how you appreciate the food on the fast days, everything tastes sooooo nice. I wouldn't be able not to eat anything till dinner.. today I had some soup and a hard boiled egg.
I get on the scales once a week after the 2 fasting days (Thursday or Friday), so tomorrow I'll see how it went!0 -

I went slightly over my 500 calories yesterday, probably ate about 750 calories in the end. I'm quite annoyed with myself because I was doing really well but ended up pigging out on chocolate rice cakes and going over
oh well, it could have been much worse I suppose. At least it was rice cakes rather than cream cakes!
Payday today so I've treated myself to a spiraliser, never thought I would be this excited about the prospect of courgette noodles!0 -

Hello!
Today is my second fasting day of second week of diet- or fourth fasting day.
I had an egg and toast for breakfast, an apple and small youghurt for a snack and beans with vegetables for dinner. I feel actually quite full after last meal.
I've checked weight today : minus 0.6kg from last week0 -

Me and the missus are doing this with a target of 800 calories max as this gives a lot more flexibilty with meals and doesnt feel quite as much of a sacrifice which means we're more likely to stick with it.
If we manage to eat less than 800 cals then great but if we go upto 800 than we dont feel guilty.0 -

put on 11 pounds since last June

My problem is it seems to me I eat too much in normal days. I'm working on it, I want to limit calories in normal days to 1700 calories.0
