Bad night with my little boy last night. I worked till 4am and finally got to sleep at 6am and was up again at 8.30am so I am done in.

I'm amazed you're still standing. Good on you tazzy!

Just wanted to thank you annie for taking on the recording. I'm in much the same position as tie, in that I generally want to maintain. BUT as I've just come back from holidays convinced I've gained and don't weigh at home I need to know where I'm at. So I'll take a rain check for the time being until I get to WI. Hope that makes sense.:o

Oh Tazzyb, I feel for you. I was up 3 times with my little boy last night but I've definitely had more sleep than that. Sleep deprivation just makes me want to eat rubbish to get through the day so got to stick to plan.

Everyone seems very organised and I'm not! I have breakfast organised just because I like my bran flakes so that's quick and easy. Lots of fruit in for snacks, lunch I'll probably make a salad.

Dinner will be some sort of veg sauce to go with pasta. It'll use whatever veg I've got and should be free, or might have a tiny bit of cooking oil in which would work out at about 1 syn a portion.

I guess that I'm just disorganised generally and I'll need to learn to live with that!

WI tomorrow. I keep thinking if I got 2.5lb I would have my half stone award. So I'm guessing I'll lose 2 instead!

Back from my weekend away last night and I had a read through but didn't post. Have had a very synful weekend and probably only have about 5 syns a day left:eek:.

Another EE day for me today:

B - scrambled eggs on toast (HEB); mullerlight & fruit
L - sweet chilli prawn noodles (1.5 syns for sweet chilli sauce)
D - LO roast lamb, baked beans, LO potato & cabbage made into bubble & squeak - haven't had that for ages!

HEA will be milk in tea throughout the day.

Will probably have a fruit split lolly this evening so syns for today - 4.5.

    Morning,

Love how there is lots of ranting at the minute – makes me feel less bad.
Maman – That’s exactly what its like – naughty children!
Meg72 – I love a good car boot, well done on the coats! I bought strawberries in Asda last week and they were off the next day – so I’m boycotting them for fruit right now!
32b3 – Lol, the lady in your group probably feels exactly as I do about it and that’s why her face is miserable!!
Greentiger – Museum exhibit - love it lol – That’s exactly how its is! I’m sure people in my group are fed up with it as well. Miss Slinky is coming up again – I was it last year and I’m not being it again! I’ve had my 5 mins – time for someone else to get the glory!
Wasn’t too bad over the weekend well – grilled breakfast on Saturday (the works with one sausage) out and a gravy chip from the chinese on Saturday night.
Being extra good from now til thurs and will hit the gym tonight.
    B: Fruit & Yogurt
    L: Undecided
    D: Fish & Roasted Veg

Hostie the first chart was posted on the 1st so I think your 4lb should be included. I also wi on Tuesdays but didn't go to wi on the first, so tomorrow 8th will be the next time I post. I think I have lost a bit as noticed I need to keep hitching my jeans up when I am walking. Have put a belt on them now.

Sorry - at work so haven't had a chance to read through all the thread yet but my update today is 1lb off - which considering it's TOTM is quite an achievement for me!

    Thanks - happy Monday

Good morning everyone and I 'd like to tell you that I have at last reached that bl***y unreachable 11 stone, and this time I am not going back up it has taken me 2 years to get here that's only 6 lb.
I know I have only lost 1lb again but it's a pound less and I AM on my way back to my 9 stone. I would love to lose 3 or 4 lb but, it doesn't happen to me, only to others. I am trying really hard, however. I think my medication hinders me. So, I will press on with my day and keep to my menu plan.:T

Don't give up - keep going, I've been on new medication for the last 3 months and I also think it is hindering me. Keep going and it will come good. Congrats on seeing 11stone again! Your determination will get you where you want to be!

    :j:T WELL DONE! :T

I can so identify with you on that, it takes me ages to just lose 1lb. I am currently around the 2st mark but I've been trying to lose about 3lb for the last six months at least. Seeing you achieve your goal encourages me to know it can be done.
