Had my regular mooch round the carboot this morning and was delighted to find two almost new coats for only 50p each. New (to me) wardrobe filling up nicely now

I did my aldi shopping on Friday but decided to get more of the 69p cherries, I did get some for DD and GD on Friday but I was an absolute piggy and ate the lot, got 4 more packs so if they are quick they might get some. :rotfl:

I also wanted more seafood sticks as they were only 2.50 for box of 80
and very nice, its a local meat warehouse, when I got there they were
BOGOF, a real bargain, so stocked up for all of us.

Then thought I`d have a quick look in Heron Foods and was surprised to find packs of microwave rice at only 3 for a pound, I find this so handy to have in but a lot of them are high syns, so I checked the info and found them much lower fat than usual, anyway stocked up 15 packs and just checked the syns calculator and it says they are free on EE So if you use these and have a local heron they are well worth getting. Brand name is Adora Pilau Microwave rice and the best before is 11/2015. , they had Mushroom and Long grain too but they were twice the fat count.

    Hi all.

Glad top dad is home and you can actually see how he is, top girl.

I'm having a sw holiday this weekend - not planned but that's the way it's turned out. I think it's a hangover from 3 lunches out last week and knowing I'm out again tomorrow. Not got any holidays planned, so maybe I'm on sw holiday! Also not got much food in that's syn free - actually, not got much food in, period! Take away tonight. WI on Tuesday will be scary.

Had an early Sunday roast- lamb with veg and gravy, breakfast was cappuccino muller light and lots of fruit. Feeling very enthusiastic again :)

Now have a lovely HEA iced latte with cookie syrup (3syns).

I went to a lunch/afternoon party today so an off plan meal. Actually it could have been worse: hog roast in a white roll (fairly lean pork but I did have a small bit of crackling:o) plus some healthy looking salads and then a small piece of birthday cake. I did have some Pimms but I always allow for weekend drinking anyway.

    So today's EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena. HEB Shreddies, HEA milk and strawberries
    L: party food as above
D: cold chicken, SW chips and beetroot
    Syns: not counting

I've got my skinny jeans on today and they feel really tight. Not a good omen for this week's WI but I'd rather know and then I can tackle it.

Love the sound of the party food Maman, I drool over crackling, I did roast a small joint for this weekend but cut of the fat first as I know if its all crisp and golden I would eat it all,
