Morning all, I survived my first day! A bit difficult when it was "nibbles" after my ski lesson last night with the girlies. I made up the jelly/yoghurt dessert to take with me, ate lots of strawberries, but did have a bit of cake, but it was much less than I would usually scoff.
Today I have had the magic oats, 35gm from HEB mixed with Strawberry fat free yog and a banana (So 0.5 syns if the book is correct for the yoghurt).
Lunch will be eggs, mushrooms and onion omelet. HEA will be milk throughout the day.
Dinner, I'm going to make a veg chilli with rice.
I'm out to dinner tomorrow night, so will try to keep the syns as low as possible today!
I don't know if I gave a target, but if we have 7 weeks can I put down 7 lbs please.

Morning all! Woke up feeling very positive this morning but have lots to do today! I've downloaded an app for my smartphone called Runkeeper, its totally free and tracks you when out for walks as well as runs. Tracks you through GPS and uses the data, it works out how far you've walked, how long it took and the av speed and calories burnt. You can add friends on the app like facebook, which has certainly added a bit of gentle competition between me and a couple of pals also losing weight!!
Today is a green day......
B: Weetabix, milk, banana (HEXA AND HEXB1)
L: Quorn chilli cheese dogs (3syns), saladRogan Josh with sugar free veg, rice and naan (8syns)
Snacks yog, jelly and fruit.
Hope you all have a fab day and good luck to anyone who has a WI xx0 -
Morning all - well hubby and I are heading away on holidays this afternoon for 10 days...we're going half board so not sure how the diet will go...but I will get lots of training done (running and there is a daily yoga class and spinning at the gym at the hotel) so hopefully that'll counteract any damage done with food.
Not sure how the challenge will go with this at the start but I'll do my best!! There's good wifi at the hotel (we're going to Lanzarote) so I'll check in0 -
gingerfurball - enjoy your holiday! Personally I don't worry to much about sticking to plan when I go on holiday although as we mainly do self catering the meals are usually OK it's the wine and bread that are the problem!

Just catching up and I'll post later but just wanted to say 'Enjoy your holiday gfb'. You may be lucky and have some SW friendly choices on the menu but whatever happens I always think that what goes on quickly comes off quickly and you can get back on plan when you get back. Don't let SW stop you enjoying yourself!:)0 -
Regarding the challenge, I'll be weighing in tonight or tomorrow... So does next weeks weigh in count towards our challenge total?Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16

Challenge 6lbs please
0.5lb off this week which was a bit disappointing bearing in mind going to the gym and eating was fine. (Also total 13.5lb since 31/12/13 so irritated that I didn't get the 1stone this week!!).
Does anyone else find that going to the gym etc slows down their weightloss? I read somewhere that it's extra fluid from muscles repairing that gives a false impression as far as the scales go. I'd be interested in others' experiences.
There has been a couple of weeks that I've been spot on with my eating, and been to boot camp or worked out at least 3 times and not lost, gained if anything! Unfortunately I let it depress me and give up a little for a few days but my consultant insists if you keep it up it will make a difference. Hope you see the loss you want next weekBecame Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

Welcome Michelle. I'm veggie too and find the Green plan really good and satisfying. Just yell if you have any questions.
Stayed the same this week. Can only imagine it's because * week is due. That and the fact it was half term last week so I missed the gym, but we did do things like swimming with the boys instead so I was hoping that would carry me through.
Hi PLMBL and thank you - we have indeed chatted before so thanks again for your support. It was a hard place to be in but we're moving on and hopeful for the future.
I can't imagine how you are feeling this week but I certainly will be thinking of you. I've deleted all my key dates from my diary after the miscarriage but couldn't bring myself to delete my due date
For me, the future includes being fit enough to run around after future children (I have to say children rather than a child seeing as we managed triplets last time - no guarantee it won't be a multiple in the future) so I must crack on with losing weight.
Was totally good last week but slipped at the weekend after a 12 hour day at work then wasn't particularly good on Sat & Sun but back on plan from Monday and 100% good again since then so I'm hopeful for tomorrows weigh in at home in the morning.
Good luck all
