    7 lbs for me.

It is definitely more expensive to follow the SW way of eating. So called 'junk' is on offer much more than healthier things.

    Evening all,

shala, thanks for getting the challenge underway. Can you put me down for 7lb, and I WI on Monday's many thanks.

Had WI tonight, and was chuffed with 0.5lb loss, as I had been out for some meals, comfort ate while OH was away, and last 2 weeks I've been going to the morning WI, so it was artificially light by usual weekly WI. Happy with that. Sister gained again, but her all inclusive hol is catching up with her methinks.

    Food plan for today: EE
B - porridge (HEB), milk (HEA)
L - LO small portion of HM lasagne with small mixed salad
    snack - banana
D - SW chips, meatfree mediterranean sausages (4.5), lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, salad cream (2)
    Muller greek 0% yogurt (0.5)
    Total syns = 7

All this talk of dropping dress sizes, I wish! Can't wait to shrink into size 14's again. I've got a wardrobe full of them. I broke another bra today, sat feeling uncomfy, and realised another wire had snapped in half. I think the boobies are fighting back!!

You've just reminded me that I put 2 packs of Curly Wurly's in the freezer 3 months ago, and I've not eaten 1 of them yet, as I forgot they were there!

    Hiya
I have some brand new scales which I used to weigh myself this afternoon and I'm going on that as my true weight, as obviously I can wear less standing on them than I can at group or in Boots! I only lost 0.5 at group which I was not happy about :( I've adjusted my target to 14stone as I said I wanted to stop when I was a size 14 and I'm in a 14 top now, but by the time I get to my target on groups scales I will likely be a 14 on the bottom as I'll be about 13 stone 10 on my scales which will be about 5.5 stone lost. However I'm now 3lbs short of a 5 stone lost on my scales- yay :j
I have 0.5 left to lose for my 2 stone award but I'm at my mum's next week so I should get it at her group- hopefully! :)
    Hope everyone's ok xx

  • Please can you put me down for 10 lbs (sorry on kindle tonight and can't change colour) for fab New challenge.

Just back from zumba and nipped into gym for extra 15 minutes as still felt needed it as hard day at work. Rest of week plans for exercise have slipped as very short staffed so be working more..

Lots of nice comments about me looking thinner today, little boost to my confidence.

I've picked up everyone's targets up to this point.. exciting new challenge.. you've pledged 132lbs so far!:j

Mildredd - hope you enjoyed the binge.. back on track now!

Frogga - I just saw you outside, I shouted hello but you hopped away into the hedge.. :(

PLMBL - I make it 7 weigh-ins for you before 19th April.. am I missing something? Take your start weight tomorrow and then your weigh in for week 1 will be the 4th March...

    hex - great loss :T:T

Just been dress shopping :j I tried every style, even the panel style and it was passable. The wrap dress on the other hand looked awful  think it was just the pattern so I'll keep trying them.

Can you wear black to a wedding? This is the dress that suited the best but it seems a bit dark to wear.. http://www.marksandspencer.com/butterfly-print-dress/p/p60056700

All the dresses were a bit wintry and dark so lets hope they get more spring stock in the next month or so!

  • Can I please join in.

10lb for my challenge. Weigh in day wed night.
  • Sorry Shala, I thought I'd read 1st March to 30th March for the challenge? Stoopid me :o.

I see no reason not to wear black to a wedding. Could you jazz it up a bit with (red? Yellow?) shoes/bag/pashmina/fascinator etc? Xx
