What is the challenge? We never had this last year when I was on. Now I am at class I am more focused but I have the following in March/April
1st March - DH's Birthday
9th March - DS's Birthday (should be ok as 30 kids & not at home)
14th March - Cheat Loaf Tribute night with 3 course meal (staying over so breakkie as well)
22nd March - Family Christening
28th March - Fish Supper Dance (Kiltwalk Charity Night)
5th April - Another Family Christening
12th April - London with DH (Prize we won through EDF Thank you's)
Think I am free after that, I don't plan to go mad but as you can see I have rather a lot on :rotfl:
Perhaps I can commit to 7lb loss, I am not a big loser anyway, normal is between 1/2 & 1 1/2. Not sure if I have done this correct or not:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Shala,
Thanks for doing the chart.
I am going to go for 8 lbs please
Thanks0 -
For the Easter challenge I'd like to lose 7 lbs
Then I'll put on a big push for the summer0 -
Easter Sunday is my birthday :j so that's a good day for the challenge to end.
I wanted to binge so much last night:( but I'm glad I didn't now. I managed not to, although I'm very aware I could do it at any point.
I am going to sainsbugs on the way home to buy chocolate. Just under 10 syn bars, curly wirly, freddo, cadbury creme egg etc. I shall have one a night. I think that's why I'm struggling at the moment, because I'm totally going without, and I feel cheesed off about it, so my plan is to make a real big deal about having a treat each evening.
yesterday I kept the binge at bay by having an options hot chocolate? I didn't think it would work, in fact, it was going to be the starter to my binge, but after i'd 'scratched the itch' I didn't need to binge quite so much
That's the plan anyway, and it worked last time so fingers crossed...Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D

Wow - i think you're a bit busy macpep!
The challenge is just a number f weeks where we all track our weight loss and give ourselves targets to push towards - it's meant to motivate us all..
Your 7lbs sounds doable so you've understood right.
No one is pressured to join in the challenge by the way....join in or not, we'll still talk to you :rotfl:

14 lbs for the challenge for me please Shala
I shall weigh on Sat the 1st March.
Thanks for the pitta bread advice Macpep1,0 -
shortie, your menu looks as if it could easily be Green so you can have an extra HEA and HEB. What about cheesy chips? or a slice of toast? Having Green days will be cheaper than buying meat. Personally I do most of my shop in Aldi and eat more veg than fruit for my SFs, that seems to keep costs manageable.
I'll join in the challenge, please. Put me down for STS as I'm at target and want to stay there. If I lose a couple of pounds and get to the lower end then that'll be a bonus.;) I'm away for Easter and eating out a lot so I want to start from a low point.0 -
I'd like to join the challenge please Shala. My weigh in day is a Tuesday, therefore there are only 4 weigh ins for me between those dates (unless I am able to count Tues 1st April as my final weigh in day). In which case I will aim for 10lbs please.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

does anyone know how many syns white bread is
grr!
3 syns per slice on the bread.
Yesterday was a good day I stayed within syn allowance. Today I'm maxed out because of the fish and chips.:( It's shop bought so i have no idea if picking the batter off (what a waste!) counts. But I have done a 2,2 mile walk for body magic. one of these days I'll start running that.
Bras: http://www.brastop.com/ has a special offer on, plus reduced bras to start with. Worth a look. I've never had much luck with supermarket bras. Highly recommend getting fitted, it's a real *boost* to the ego.
Could you please put me down for 8lb for the challenge, Shala, WI is a Sunday. Thank you.0
