Thanks for the list Top Girl, that's really useful. Hope you're feeling ok.
As for toast, I usually have a laughing cow, sometimes with marmite (don't really care for it but it's something!) or I also have it dry if I'm having beans or egg. I do think it's worth synning a bit of butter sometimes, tho.0 -

Top Girl thank you massively for that list; as a 'non-grouper' I'll be printing it out and popping it in my household-y file and keeping a copy with my old SW book :-)
So last night I didn't bother with the wine - a low alcohol/light one I tried sometime ago and have been wanting my mum to try! Instead I had an options hot chocolate (2syns) bringing my total for yesterday to 6. I managed a HeB but didn't finish my HeA.
Today;
Breakfast: a late one of mushroom and free ham omelette (no cheese and no fat but eggs beaten with a dash of milk from HeA), tea with milk from HeA,
Lunch; think I will try for a jacket potato with baked beans or tuna and free cottage cheese if I can get to the shop with some salad
Mid afternoon (as mum is working late): Ryvita with cottage cheese and tomato. Plus fruit
Tea; I think Dad might be think of a shepherd pie so I will need to syn the mince and the sherherd pie mix :-/ i may be shifty and make individual ones and make mine so that the only syn is the mince. Followed by the tiny slice of pie I wanted last night synned
Snacks: fruit from the glut I bought yesterday
HeA 250ml semi skimmed milk
HeB ryvita
Syns: mince in shepherds pie, sliver of pie and maybe a small glass of wine with mum tonight
With regards to the toast discussion I don't tend to have butter, I'll just have jam or whatever or top it with beans or I do like laughing cow spread on warm toast************************************
