  • Morning everyone. Happy to report loss of 3 lbs this week taking me to 9 in total in three weeks and slimmer of the week!!!!!

Just going to check weigh my bag of goodies because it weighs a lot - I really struggled to get it home so if it is anywhere near what I have lost it will spur me on even more!

Well it weighs 10.5lbs so I was nearly right - no wonder I feel so much better - apart from the arthritis!!!

Keep up the good work everyone.

Awgh  Having a hell of a day, last night I put pot of soup on stove and forgot it , smoke alarm reminded me. Scraped the pan
and put to soak, on the floor by small table as no space in my kitchen. This morning was looking for my mobile and couldn't find it went to sort out the soaking pan and discovered mobile floating
in it, its ruined, £80 down the drain then.

Its wi today and its pouring with rain so will have to get a taxi, I swear if I`ve not lost I will treat myself to a bottle of Brandy (not had alcohol for weeks now) and just get Dissed.

Wish me luck lovelys as I don't fancy a hangover to add to my woes.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Have finally caught up with all the posts.

Sorry so many peeps are not feeling good - hope things improve for you all.

I agree with Maman with regards to planning - I actually plan 3 meals a day for a month at a time from one payday to the next! It takes a bit of doing but I think it's worth it so that I don't have to think about what to have. Of course it's not set in stone and life gets in the way but I just cross meals off or move them to other days if it's something I need to use. For example on Sunday this week I was going to do roast pheasant but we ended up at DD1s helping her sort out and shred paperwork and got home too late to do a roast so moved that to Monday and cross out Monday's planned meal.

Also had to change this morning breakfast which was supposed to be mushroom omlette but I've run out of eggs so changed breakfast to weetabix using HEB and HEA, plus a banana.

Anyway, today will be a Green day:

    B - weetabix, milk, banana
L - HM beanburger in 60g roll, lettuce, tomato, gherkin slices
    D - Butternut squash risotto

HEA1 - milk on weetabix; HEA2 - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB1 - weetabix; HEB2 - 60g wholemeal roll

Syns: Fruit split lolly (3); Frappachino (Mullerlight cappuchino, icecubes, 100 ml SS milk (2.5); white wine in risotto (1) = 6.5

May also have a glass of white wine with dinner for another 6 syns - as still have syns left this week!

Nightmare meg - I dropped my iphone down the toilet not so long ago, just after a poo! Safe to say that was it ruined.

Well done on your loss Blue Eyed

Mildredd - huge hugs. Ignore what other people say to you. You are doing this for you and if you want to lose a bit more weight then that is fine. People have no right to pass comment. Smile sweetly then ignore them.

Not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow. Whilst I have stuck to plan been having nearly my full syn allowance and not drank as much water or had as much super free as I did last week. Could kick myself as I really want to get this weight off. Getting my bum in a smaller size is my main goal at the moment. A couple of my size 24 jeans fit but there are more pairs the same size that are still to tight. Losing weight off my arms, face and legs. I want it to go from my back and belly!

breakfast - 2 x wholemeal toast, 1 x laughing cow light triangle, banana, yoghurt
Lunch - 2 x mug shot, banana, apple, yoghurt
Tea - stir fry with turkey and noodles

    snacks - apple, grapefruit

hea - light laughing cow, skimmed milk
    heb - wholemeal bread.

Syns - will be a curly wurly 6.5 and a packet of wotsits 5 TOTAL 11.5
