Just realised it's a week since I posted on here!
Only glanced through the last couple of pages, enjoying reading through your meal plans.
Lost -1 lb.Would have loved more but it's a lose and a total of -5lbs in 3 weeks.
Been reading about all the offers you have found in supermarkets! I'm miles away from any off them, only have a co op. Many people would like it to close and be replaced with an ald1. ;-)

Hope that wasn't at me :( I try to comment tbf but I surf in fits and starts.

    Off the wagon big time

STS this morning but yesterday was chippy tea and beers, today is chinese and beers and tomorrow will be funeral then bolognese and, I suspect, many many beers.

    Wed and Thurs SS/SF/SE days

Friday, meal with the manchild then taking my best mate away for the weekend for her birthday so lots and lots of syns there.

Monday, we go again with a weigh in, a month off the booze and some serious super-freeing.

shala -2 lbs for me this week please. I was hoping for a 3 lbs loss to get me on to a lower number on the scales but never mind, hopefully next week. I have got my SW one stone award though and I think I've reached my target on the challenge.:j There's another 5 weeks to my holidays so I'm going to add another 7 lbs to that, (or should I say lose another 7 lbs?:D)

    Today's Red day:

Brunch - Bacon, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, grilled tomato

Tea - Tinned salmon, crab sticks, salad. 2 w/m bread (HEB), apple, satsumas

Supper - 35g Sultana Bran (HEB), milk (HEA), Highlights (2 syns)

Nope Topgirl wasn't aimed at anyone in particular I guess I'm just a weirdo who doesn't just want to read food lists I like to know a little about people's life's in part so I can go oh okay I'm not the only one who comfort eats/hormonally eats/is human/ off the wagon big time etc?
Sometimes it's hard to read knowing I'm off the wagon and everyone else is so on the wagon? Just nice to know I'm not alone?

Top girl I hope your funeral goes as well as it can be and I'm fairly sure the syns consumed around a bereavement don't count xxx

Sorry I'm just a crank who likes knowing I'm not completely out on my own where I'm struggling

Wizkid - I don't know what to suggest? Maybe more water or something? I suspect it could be related to a medication? Maybe worth questioning a dr about medications?

Eugh seriously lacking in HeB motivation :/

I have got 'magic porridge' in the fridge (HeB oats plus 100g low fat natural yogurt = 1syn) which I will have for brekkie tomorrow with fruit. It's the kind of thing I quite like if I'm in a hotel etc so should enjoy it :)

At some point in the next few days I will buy some own brand shreddies and wheat biscuits to give me a couple of different cereal options and once I have some freezer space free-d up I will buy a 400g loaf of wholemeal, portion it up in to two slice servings and freeze that for days a sandwich/toast is easier or needed :)

off to my parents for 4 days tomorrow. will weigh myself tomorrow night and then do my proper weigh in on Saturday :) will be cooking them SW evening meals and doing my mum SW breakfasts and lunches whilst there too but not going to tell older brother until i'm coming home to see if he notices and finally convince him you do actually get to eat loads still!

Phew, well that's one thing I can't be guilty of, if anything I overshare :o

Like syns at parties, or from other people's plates or eaten standing up, all free... Thank you for your kind wishes, I just want it over so I can start dealing with it, if that makes sense?

I'm the same kind of crank, so we're probably normal and it's the rest of them who are crackpots

    Thank you Beanie Lou.

I have, 1.5 medium slices is 60g and I've had it in sandwich and toast form and I'm a little bit in love. I had four today but I'm, erm, flexi synning of sorts, so that's fine :o
