The trouble with me is that I am a very faddy eater . It wasn't so long ago I only ate peas, tomatoes lettuce and mushrooms in the veg line. Now I make soup with all kinds of veg I couldn't eat on plate. I know veg is the key because they are SF. But, I am trying. I am not very adventurous and I really envy people who can eat any fruit and veg.I do mix menus from Green to E Easy days so I will have to try a bit harder.
Tomorrow I am having an E E day

Popped into Mr M's this afternoon for some the Mullerlights (10 for £3) as DS and I have developed a bit of a liking for the cappucino one, then left one for Mum to try. Just had a phone call to say is was lovely but it didn't last long till it was gone (told her we have to savours ours). Will have to try and get back to restock before the offer disappears.

Also noticed that Mr. M's have the Bachelors Delibox Noodles for 75p - fairly limited choice though at our store. I know someone mentioned the £shop had 3 for 2 but they only had curry flavour here and that was the only one that DS said he didn't want - typical.

Sorry to hear that you haven't had a loss wiz but great news from the doc. Hope all your hardwork pays dividends next week.

Having a couple of Birds Eye Battered Fish Fingers and a huge plate of salad followed by fruit. Didn't really want the sins from the fish fingers but we have them in the freezer and cannot afford just to chuck everything out. Only 3 syns each so not too bad. Then its off for wi - yaaaay :D

Catch up with you all later.

Wiz, I remember you saying a while back that you'd put your menu into Myfitnesspal and it had said that you would put on weight... do you think it's may be your portion sizes?

Although I have to say the menu you've posted above looks really healthy and I don't know how that could be over your daily recommended calorie allowance if normal portion sizes.

This is just a suggestion and only if you have time to do it, but try logging you menu into MFP for the week just to see how many calories you are consuming. If you know you're not consuming more than recommended then I think, as maman, said, it might be your medication..

    Evening!

Sorry you're up against it just now wiz, but I'm sure it will all come good soon.

    Monday's Menu
Breakfast: hexb toast (no spread), beans and poached eggs
Snack: Alpen Light 70 cherry bakewell (3 syns)
Lunch: I bought a tube of Werther's original when I came out of hospital appointment and had just one (1 syn). This was enough to keep me going until I got home at 2.30, when I had a baked potato, prawn mayo (1 syn) and a mixed salad, followed by a WW strawberry tart yogurt :A
Dinner: treated myself to "real" macaroni cheese using hexa red Leicester cheese (7 syns) with pickled red cabbage and tomatoes, a banana. I had planned to have some green veg, but scalded my hand draining the pasta, so I was feeling sorry for myself.

    total so far: 12 syns
    Bank Balance: 25 :)

I think I'll have a choc digestive biscuit (4 syns) for supper.

It's a new week tomorrow, so fingers crossed for a good loss, although I am feeling a bit bloated still :(

    Good luck all.

Hi shala_moo it was Sparks people that I put my menus on and they gave me 1,600 or there a bouts, I can't' just be exact. I usually have under 1,000 calories, sometime I get to 1,100 or so. I never go over what they say I'm allowed. I will just have to plod on. I may just keep to 1,000 calories. To be honest I was getting fed up of filling it in besides doing s/w. Thanks for keeping track of me you're all so good,
    Thanks again.:)
