Hi all, not really with it at the moment, hence the lack of posts from me.
Shala can you put me down for a STS this week, really need to get back into the game but I am just so tired at the moment. I have great intentions in the morning as soon as I wake up like getting back on my treadmill, but by the time the evening comes Im shattered. Really struggling to eat healthy, at the moment I seem to be picking.
Got a really hectic weekend planed with 2 sleepovers, DD's birthday and Mothers Day - it already seems like the weekend has gone before it even starts!
Hoping this grey cloud will go soon, I've come so far so should be happy with myself but I just feel like a miserable cow!!
Well done to all losers, and hugs to those that need them - I feel your pain0 -
Mildredd- don't apologise. I really hope that you feel better soon xx
Evening all.
What a rotten lousy day I've had:( still no sign of my missing wages, I went to the hairdresser and she has massacred it
As some of you may or may not know, I have alopecia and so only have a half head of hair at the moment. It was long at the back and very uneven so I asked her to crop it at the back and even it out. I asked her four times to take more off and she still only took about an inch off when I clearly told her I wanted it cropped short  when I got home and looked in the mirror I could have cried- it was still uneven, still all different lengths and she'd just hacked a huge chunk out the back! I couldn't get back then and I'm going away tomorrow so I just took the clippers to it myself and now I have a sort of half bob at the back which looks a lot better, a lot shorter so sits better with my regrowth on top plus it's actually even.. I should have just done it myself and saved a tenner  Luckily I'll be wearing a wig this weekend.. The lovely new one I bought yesterday :j I'm finally sorted to go away tomorrow. I hope nothing goes wrong on Sunday for my sponsors meal. My player is still out injured so I just hope he actually turns up
Anyway. Today's menu!
B: Ready Brek (4.5 syns) vanilla Mullerlight, mixed berries, cup of coffee with HEXA s/s
Mid-morning: Cup of tea with HEXA milk, Co-op Cheese Twist (2 syns)
L: Mixed salad, tuna, corned beef (2 syns) Uncle Ben's Thai Chilli Rice (2.5 syns)

Good evening everyone!
Thanks for the lunch suggestions. I havent had chance to reply to individual posts as I have been run off my feet and am absolutely exhausted.
Today started off fairly well with fruit for breakfast and couscous lunch. However, by the time I got home I had a banging headache, was feeling pretty rotten and zapped of all my energy. So...we ordered a take away. I had beef and mushroom with rice, plus a spring roll, prawn toast and won ton. And I don't feel guilty as there is no way I could have cooked this evening. To be honest, I am currently wondering how on earth I am going to make it up the stairs to my bed this evening! I am hoping this doesn't last long as I simply just don't have the time to be ill at the moment.0 -

Oh how I wish that was true of me!!
Started with the best of intentions but DD2 came (with Mothers' Day gifts and flowers as she can't make Sunday) and wanted to go to Ikea. So had lunch there.:( Tonight I made a very SW snack of couscous and stir fried veg then started munching on toasted fruit bread. It was yummy but totally off plan.:(
I've written my meal plan and shopping list so hopefully all OK after tomorrow until next meal out on Wednesday.
Sending many congratulations to losers and huge hugs to mildredd (just do your best until you get this pain sorted) and MrsR (hope sponsors' meal goes well) and denise (sounds like you have a lot on your plate for the next few days).0 -
I think I'm admitting defeat and letting this illness win for a while.
Can't keep stressing about being over syns and being stressed by life and then eating carp x
Yet another a&e trip this week resulting in constant pain medications until I see the consultant. Can't keep up with sw I know sw is the sensible option food wise but I'm stressing about syns and weight loss at the mo and that's not helping
So I think I'm going for relaxed sw eating what I can and loosely following the plan - not so strict on syns and 1/3 super free....
Hope your all okay anyway and I'm sorry
I really feel for you. I was at a point I would try anything and was advised to try apple cider vinegar. I really thought it helped. I made use of it as a salad dressing or with oven chips. I'm not saying its a cure but may help a little with the pain.
I hope you get to see the consultant very soon.0 -
