Nah shala I can't do sw til I'm at target and dds in nursery/school and I can drive- consultant appointment for gallbladder op
D'oh.. but still good news.. another step towards whipping it out!
Welcome emylou  it all depends on whether you need that fear of weigh-in I guess, lots of us do it without going to class, so the support is here if you need it. Apparently losing weight is 80% diet 20% exercise - although my OH disagrees..
PLMBL - sorry to hear about your DH, take care of you too. Thanks for the recipe.. sounds nice! Will add it to my meal plan..
MrsRyan - Yeah for the dress :j what a lovely mom!
Accidently had 9 syns earlier thinking I was having 3 so my syns have come down a bit for the week  only 79 left till Wednesday now (still 15 a day though)
On a normal week this would have derailed me and i'd have eaten everything I could find but I seem to have a bit of willpower todayMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Thanks everyone
she is a star and she's so good to me, don't know what I would do without her
Plmbl- it would be lovely to see you but your DH is more important- I really hope he will be okI know how hard caring for a loved one is and it sounds like you do a great job
sadly my bright red bandana didn't turn up in time but I'll still stick out a mile- I walk with a crutch and will have a t-shirt on with 'Barnham 9' on the back
In good company, as I have a very lovely purple stick

I don't drink alcohol and I don't want to get a taste for cake again. If I had a treat it would be cheese I think. What a boring old fXxt I am :rotfl::rotfl:
I don't drink alcohol either. I make cakes for a living, but try to avoid eating them (they taste fine, but make me fat!). I try to avoid cheese too, as I absolutely love it. I have the occasional treat of some Maynards Sports Mix sweets, they're lovely. Which, on reflection makes me sound like a 6 year old!Do you think everyone's playing out in the sunshine? Good body magic!
No, I've been very naughty, and watching episodes of Breaking Bad again. I'm going over to see a friend tomorrow who wants to watch the finale with me (she's seen it before, but loves it). I've been warned to bring along a hanky to mop up my tears!:( I've absolutely loved it though, real class viewing, and I'm not big TV watcher. Will take this down later as it is a real givaway:o
But I know who you are!
Well, I've had one of those weird 'I want to eat everything, all day' days - again! I've tried to have mainly free food all day, keeping it on plan, and trying to have things that have volume in them to keep me feeling full, but then a while later I want to eat again. No idea why, but it's been like this a few days this week. Almost like an itch I keep having the urge to scratch... similar actually to when my eating has been out of control before. Thank god I had a new food delivery to have lots of free food in.
Today's plan has been: EE
B - Danio yogurt (1.5), apple, banana
L - Lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions, pickled onions, ham, turkey. Extra light salad cream (1). Tinned apples (1.5), strawberries, mullerlight yogurt
D - HM carbonara: bacon, mushrooms, Sauce mix (2), light philadelphia (1), quark.
HeA - milk in teas
HeB - not had it yet, but think a kellogs bar with a cuppa now.
Total syns = 7
The thing is I feel really bloated today too, but I don't know if this is psychological because I just want to eat the planet right now.
Welcome to new joiners to the thread.
Yay MrsR for the new outfit from mum.
Lantanna, give a nice guy a chance. The bad boys stay bad, and you're far too nice to waste your time on them. They may seem exciting to begin with, but they get boring very soon. Good luck with the date.
Daisy, is it still neuralgia that's playing up? I have suffered from that, and know how incredibly painful it is. Hope it improves for you soon.
Right, off to watch that programme about the missing Malaysian plane now - how tragic is that mystery? One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -

Your meal plan for the day looks OK to me sary. I know SW says you can eat as much free food as you like but that doesn't seem very logical to me. I always work on the premise that I need to balance (on EE that is) any free food with the requisite amount of SFs.
You've had a stressful time lately with your boy and his move, maybe it's emotional reasons that's making you want to eat?

Hi Gang
tazzy, I have the same issue with hexa. I don't take milk in tea, rarely have cereal and then only use the bare minimum to take away the dryness. I do very occasionally have a glass of milk.
lantanna - allow yourself to enjoy your date
mildredd - you're a lovely stalker to have! I'm sorry your gall bladder is giving you grief; glad you've got the consultant appt at last
mrs-r, give your mum a great big hug from all of us
plmbl - carers are special people :A

Good Morning everyone
Well got through my dinner with the family last night. Could not believe they did not do jacket potato. So had 2 onion rings & 8 chips with my steak. Salad came covered with dressing so did not eat that either. I did not like any of the desserts so not so hard to resist.
The one thing I had trouble with was they brought out a huge basket with lovely bread in when we first sat down. I love bread which has been one of my problems. DD says the expression on my face when they placed it on the table was very funny. I did not eat any.
Anyhow todays eating plan is going to be hit and miss as I really need to going shopping. But I got a call yesterday afternoon to say our new sofas are being delivered today so am stuck in until they arrive.
Still have a couple of ML's and salad so will go with that. Fruit all gone:(
Off to syn my excess from last night, will try and pop back later.Weight loss since 6/01/2014: 70lb0 -
Morning all,
I've been up since stupid o'clock because of OH, who seems to have developed the sleeping pattern of a newborn. Someone yesterday mentioned about wanting to eat because you're tired... I think I may have figured out my problem. Maman, thanks for your kind words, you may also have a valid point there.
Well I'm off out today to see a friend for the afternoon, maybe into the early evening, so no idea what we might end up eating. I'm planning to make something to eat in the car on my way there, as it's an hour's journey, so will have lunch en route. I am presuming I may have to treat the day as a flexi day, as I've no idea what we may eat later.
Can only plan the morning's food at the mo:
B - Danio yogurt (1), apple, banana
L - Ham & salad sandwich (Heb, 6 syns).
Will update later what pans out during the day.
Hope you all have a good weekend.
plmbl & Mrs R - good luck today, and hope you get to meet up.One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -
Morning all!! Feeling a little bit more upbeat than I did yesterday, still very tired and hungry but determined to stay on plan after slightly wavering with lots of coleslaw on a baked potato with cheese at lunch, and cheese on toast (11 syns just for the bread )
Practically walked into horrible ex in town yesterday, got a bit of a shock as haven't seen him since I had to go to police and solicitors over Christmas as he was harassing me......typically, was trying to pull up leggings in some ridiculous manoeuvre and almost walked into him!! Got a bit of a shock to say the least and felt a bit rubbish all afternoon (because he scares me) but had a wee word with myself last night because if I let him start upsetting me now then I'm going to end up letting all my doubts ruin things with the new guy and I can't have that - new guy is properly awesome!!! Plus he is the reason I have put on all this weight and I'm not having him interrupting it coming back off.
Today is going to be green
b: weetabix, milk, banana (HEXA and
l: chilli cheese dogs (3 syns)
d: baked potato with beans and cheese (HEXB 2)
Syns will def have to be some sort of chocolate to get me through today!! Hope you all have a great day xxxx0 -

The same thing happened to me this week. I'd been in the same pub back in January and had a JP with steak but they'd taken them off for the 'Spring' menu!
:Ton your restraint.typically, was trying to pull up leggings in some ridiculous manoeuvre and almost walked into him!!
:rotfl:If your leggings are falling down the SW must be working! Good on you for talking to yourself. The new guy may be awesome but you need to love yourself for you.
Hope you have a good time with your friend sary. Having lunch before you get there is one less flexi meal, good idea.
DD2 is calling by today as I didn't see her in the week. We may go out for lunch. I'll write my menu as I've planned it but lunch may have to be flexi.
EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: tuna, bubble & squeak, picklesbaked fish, roasted veg, mange tout and some sort of SW potato (chips/wedges/mini roasts)
Sun shining here, loving it!0
