Sorry, thanks for the etiquette tip for a newbie!

Was there any further letters from DRP? Which is relevant on this thread.

    Thanks
Yes there would have been but no-one needs to show that letter chain here again. Just Google 'DRP Zenith' and read all about them. I tried to stop (for good reason) any more threads about these boring letters with this thread this year:

READ THIS BEFORE YOU START A NEW THREAD ABOUT ROSSENDALES or DEBT RECOVERY PLUS!

Really doesn't need more threads. So many times it's been covered, so easy to find on Google. DRP use letterheadings from Zenith and PCS and they have been shown in pictures on forums for a decade, look:

That's a summary from five years ago! Since then we have got too bored to keep showing the letters as they've hardly changed.

Whilst I understand bod1467's comments, I do actually have some updates. Things have only happened in the past few weeks, but indeed, the BPA have now found ANPR to be guilty of a breach of their rules and have been applied sanctions (what I don't know). As such, from what I read in the KADOE thread (https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4890308), this might meant mean that ANPR are also in breach of this agreement. As such I will be pursuing the DVLA again.

Why the hell not, eh?? Its only take a year so far.....

I will post my replies soon.

I'd also send a Christmas card to Trevor Whitehouse - owner of ANPR Ltd, to include a copy of your complaint to the DVLA - Merry Christmas owd Trev!

It might just be a bit more than the Brussels Sprouts that encourage your digestive system over the coming festive period! :rotfl:

Thats a good idea, and possible something that might sell well on these forums...... Now all we need is set of black and white photos of old parking spots and some witty lines.

It wasn't Trev's lot though, it was ANPR PC Ltd (anprparkingcontrol.co.uk).

    Doh!

I read the thread title (always interested in owd Trev's activities), then read the post to which I replied. Inaccurate titling and skim reading of most recent thread only can have consequences!

Oh dear, now Trev won't have any Christmas card on his mantelpiece this year. :)

@OP - no Christmas card required!
