And if that was the case i can't imagine it'd burn many calories for you !

The OP explained that she excercises with special provisions made, although just the fact that she has severe balance problems, I would say, curtails her ability to do just about any type of paid work!

As an assessor, a DM, and a tribunal have ALL agreed that the OP is fit for work, it does suggest a problem with her claim.

Even if we accept, and I do, that ATOS can be pretty hopeless, tribunals, in the main, are not.

I agree that abuse is unacceptable, but opinion, if you choose to put the stuff on a public form, is to be expected really.

People have the choice whether or not to post their issues.

You can ask for a reconsideration stating the reasons you feel they made the wrong decision. If you genuinely beleive that they got it wrong then just write to them and, honestly, explain why.
