Thanks for the heads up on the Aldi event! I mentioned it to my mum yesterday and she's emailed me this morning with a massive list of all the things she's ordered! I didn't even get a chance! haha! I've been looking for a high chair with a three position recline for a while and they've all been quite pricey so hoping the Aldi ones are good as my mum has ordered me the one with the owls!

I am really struggling to sleep just now. The baby really doesn't seem to like me sleeping on my side and kicks like crazy until I turn onto my back but even when angling myself with my full body cushion under me I just can't get comfy that way! So annoying, I'm exhausted!

Officially joining the big girl thread.... eeek!! Can't believe I've made it to 24 weeks, its brilliant

Hope everyone is doing ok, glad the heat has broken here as was horrible the last few days.

Got 25 week midwife apt coming on Tuesday and almost finished panting nursery, carpet fitting next week and then furniture coming on 28th - all coming together nicely at the min and feeling great.

Thanks for the heads up on Aldi will definitely take a look x

Hi MancMama! Glad everything is going well for you.

I hadn't intended to buy a breast pump before baby arrives, but I got a Medela Harmony Manual Pump with a voucher. I was going through all the reviews, which were totally mixed as it depended a lot of people's BF experiences/why and how they were using the pump but overall it seemed to have a good write up. It has 2 'strengths' so it can mimic the initial let down of milk and also came with a Calma bottle teat which mimics the sucking/latch needed for BF and a sample of breast pads. Seems reasonably easy to take apart/clean and put back together so hopefully it'll be worth it. Was £25.
