Hopefully they see sense and they don't book it in that early pig.
Fingers crossed they commit to 38 weeks this time LemonTree.
The changing bag has been found and bought. A colleague text me last night to say that he'd found one in their spare bedroom that they'd forgotten about, that was nice and not very girly. He's brought it in, and it's a lovely Bababing one, loads of compartments etc, sturdy and in really good condition. Looks like it's barely been used. So I've agreed to buy it off him for £15. They won't even be told Euro.. they will be trying to book it that early.. though, in 6 weeks time I might not care lol. My kidneys are starting to struggle again.. I have the familiar back pain and irritable bladder and low urine output.. there is literally nothing that can be done but it is not unbearable yet, just irritating. My hips are killing me.. I do rather look forward to the end now.. not too soon of course.

I'm not surprised pig! And I thought I was getting uncomfortable!
Fingers crossed little stays in to cook a little longer. 30 weeks is a scary time to be going into labour!
Every week that passes now, I'm telling myself we're just that little bit closer to it being OK and without significant issues. Though obviously prefer her to be cooked to full term. And I have no particular reason to worry about it, other than FTM nerves.
Midwife apt at 11.20 today. Love getting to hear the heartbeat each time. I can't wait to meet the little one now!
DH still full of germs and whinging. Have left him at home to feel sorry for himself, with a full stock of medicine etc.February wins: Theatre tickets0 -
Not managed to catch up yet guys but wanted to let you know that the Double Medela Swing has dropped to £179.99 on Amazon plus if you have amazon family/prime you get an extra 15% off. Just got one for £152.99 which is expensive but far cheaper than the RRP of £250. if you want one go quickly before the price goes back up. It has been over £200 since December.0

I hate having contractors in the house. I always feel awkward. I'm sitting downstairs watching Star Wars in my manky clothes (can't wear nice clothes in this house unless you're happy to leave looking like a cat) whilst they plaster/skim babies room. My cats are trying to get upstairs too despite knowing they aren't allowed!0

Just back from my 31 week appt, baby is measuring up nicely, he is the average size now (at the 28 week appt he was BIG) and midwife tells me if he continues on this scale he will be about 7lb 11oz, I can cope with that... I think! He is still head down I know it can change but it still makes me feel much better, listened to the heartbeat which was perfect
Whooping cough jab now all done and whilst I was sat there she threw the flu jab in for good measure  thank god it's out of the way I have been dreading it all week!
Oooh kroberts... fingers crossed for you xxMarried 1st October 2015:heartpuls

31 week appointment went well. BP still normal, heartbeat lovely, bump measuring spot on now at 31cm AND she thinks baby is now head down. Would make sense given the increased pressure I've felt on bladder over last few days.
So, next appointment not for another 2 weeks now and am back on track for a 'normal' birth at the midwife led centre. I know that can all change, but I'm glad it's back on track for the time being.
And was given a booklet - Essential Guide to feeding & caring for your baby North Somerset. So, gonna have a read of that.
Kroberts, fingers crossed things get moving for you shortly.February wins: Theatre tickets0 -
Any one else get sudden onset sleepiness? I had it yesterday afternoon but put it down to post-lunch slump but three times this morning I've been hit by a wave of sleepiness and it's made me all woozy. I felt like you do when you've been awake for 24 hours. Ironically I slept well last night, so I'm not actually tired. I'm 25+2.
I've also got a really sore belly, not sure if it's constipation (tmi) or something else. I did go yesterday but not as much as normal.* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *

Oh my god, the pain in my arm from this whooping jab is horrendous, it kept me up most of the night. When does this pain subside?
For the past week I have also had pain in my wrists and fingers, I googled the symptoms and read that it could be carpel tunnel syndrome, what the hell is going on?? anybody else got this, if so how do you ease it? I meant to mention it to the midwife yesterday and I forgot (baby brain) but it was pretty bad last night. (seems to ease of during the day)Married 1st October 2015:heartpuls
