HUGE hugs and love for Sweeti, Mr Sweeti and baby Sweeti.. Not much can be said really can it?... I'm sure you will make the right decisions for her.. Often the prognosis is not as bad long term as they say at first.. they often give 'worst case' information so anything else is a bonus.. Look after yourselves.. you are important too xxx

Rampant Recycler I've been Money Tipped!
    morning all.

Niamh and Saoirse were born around 2am on Sunday 17th April at 37 weeks exactly, weighing 6lb 4oz and 6lb 12oz. Labour was very long and we don't know when we can go home yet. I'll explain later when I haven't got a baby on each booby!

    Hope all are well x

Lulu - fab news, congrats! Beautiful names and good weights! Enjoy them :)

Skint - thanks for letting us know, heartbreaking news.

I'm shattered. Sat night I barely slept as every position was painful and I needed a wee every hour. My parents lent me a mattress topper which eased my painful hips last night but I still needed to wee every hour :(. So I'm a bit of a grump today, and once again I have very little work to do in work so looks like it will be a long boring day for me.

On a positive note, my parents gave us some money to buy a cot bed yesterday, so I am looking online for one. There will be a bit of money left over so wondering whether it would be worthwhile getting a nursing chair and stool too? Any one got one?

We ordered our cot bed online last night. And mattress, and mattress sheets. Very excited now!!

We haven't bothered with a nursing chair and stool, but that's because I've got a really comfy, big, armchair in the living room that I intend to use in combination with a feeding pillow. And to save money.

My sister has one though, and so do a fair few of my friends, so I think it comes down to preference in the end.
