WTDN - yep, I'm gutted for PM too, feels like we've all been on a journey together so you feel it like you know the person (even tough you only know them online). If you are getting extra growth scans then I'm sure it's not an issue.

Hi due date buddy Monty! :)

Was at yoga class tonight so feeling all very zen now and ready for a good sleep! Night all x

    Hello ladies :D
    35w for me today!
Had a productive few days. Bought bedding for the cradle on the mothercare website, and some muslin clothes, and a cheap neutral changing mat.
Collected a lot of stuff from my cousin too. Steriliser, car seat for my mum&dad, play mat, pack of nappies, monitor & baby bath so starting to feel a bit more organised.

Today we got a mattress for the cradle & they had some mamas & papas stuff reduced so got a mobile for £15.

Will get my hospital bag packed before this day next week. I am using a small suitcase. Is a weekender type bag suitable to pack for the baby?

Welcome to any newbies & congrats to this ladies who have had their babies.

I've been AWOL for a while. My grandad passed away so attended the 3rd funeral so far in this pregnancy! Haven't had that many bereavements in 10 years never mind 7 months!

Sorry Monty, that was me cause I'd seen you post on here, and not heard from you on the 12-24 week thread, so I assumed you had moved on up. Didn't mean to offend, sorry if I did. :o

I seem to be getting random panics about movement and growth at the moment. I think I have a small bump and therefore think the baby isn't growing right and I also get really worried when I don't feel any movement for a while. Anyone else getting this? I think it might be cause I'm down for the extra growth scans so I am just more aware that something can go wrong. I also have a friend who lost her baby at 24 weeks so I think that is playing on my subconscious.

Arrrgghhh, I thought the hard bit was getting pregnant! :p

I started recording the movements today, 10.15 / 11.30 / all through lunch time / 14.15 / 15.30 so there is evidence that they are regular and I am just been a silly idiot. Please tell me to get a grip!

Hope things are moving for you PommeVerte. Come on mini Pomme!

    Hi Sewit

Yep I'm another that keeps having random the baby's not growing thoughts especially if I don't feel her move for a while but I tend to have something sugary just to get her going oops. I think for me as I haven't heard the heartbeat yet it's still a bit surreal IYKWIM.

Glad that recording the movements is helping though and I'm another that's having growth scans for no other reason than the consultants don't really know the best way to monitor me :rotfl:.

Monty that's what I keep thinking - I've not got much left to buy. But then the odd thing just pops into my head :(
