Many congrats, Emz!...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

Lovely name Emz, hope you're both well and home soon :-)
Day three of my maternity leave; all bar one person from work has dropped out of the meal tonight so I think I may well end up canceling :-( haven't felt too cracking today but I don't like to say anything as 1) it makes me feel weak and 2) I know bf lives with constant pain and discomfort so I feel I should pull it together. We've been out and picked up some more bits for the garden; more small plants and plenty of compost then bf finished clearing the weeds from the beds ready for me to get the weed sheeting down, and I've done our 9 new pots and cut back the hydrangea and honeysuckle too :-) it will look grand once the beds are pebbled and the plants all start to flower
Bit gutted about the meal tbh, makes me feel a bit **** that people don't bother to keep to plans or let me know they can't/won't make it unless I chase them loads first. Think I'm going to go just with one or two of the colleagues that we're supposed to come. Just makes me feel worse as I'm already not feeling 100% and then I feel let down/disliked by work people :-( for sillies sake.
Bf is off to a tournament tonight, back on Sunday, so I have a weekend at home alone with the doglet. I plan on making a couple of cottage pies for the freezer, doing some laundry and cleaning the bathroom...hopefully indulging my homebird-ness will cheer me up************************************

My arm was a bit sore too from the jab but only really meant was a bit awkward to sleep on that side for one night. My nurse tends to asks if you're right or left handed and if they don't I tell them! After having some awful ones for travelling!
Omg our nct breast feeding lady is lovely not like that at all!
My friend is a breast feeding peer supporter & she said that there is a lot of research that shows up to 2 years has some really good benefits, so she's currently feeding her 16 month old once in the morning and once at night, and will carry on until she's 2.
But to say that's the only option is very silly.0 -
Congrats Emz, great news and hope you get to go home soon with little one, look forward to the update!
Hope I'm not too far behind! Funnily enough Becs, I have a curry booked for tonight. We're going with my friend who's due in 2 weeks, I'll wouldn't be surprised if it works for her and not for me!! Just heard the news too that the girl from my NCT class who was due at the same time has had her little boy a day early!! I'm pleased of course but at the same time, grrrr
Everyone is starting to have sweepstakes about when it will arrive, probably my own fault as ages ago I encouraged them to do so!! Now it's time, it's just annoying!!0 -
My friend still feeds her 18 month old morning and night but the days she's of work she does it more on demand. When I saw them the other day, he was pulling at her top trying to get her boobs out!! I'm planning on doing it for 6 months at the most.0

Hi ladies I'm hoping someone may be able to help me. I have been diagnosed with PUPPP and it is driving me crazy, I have an appt for some more lotions and potions to try next week and was wondering if any of you had experienced this. And if so do you have any pearls of wisdom to share before I scratch my skin off my body with a vegetable peeler for some comfort!
All ideas welcome. ThanksNo purchasing unnecessary toiletries
