Cyclingyorkie well done you on going to the GP and getting some help - asking for help is the hardest thing to do. Feel free to PM me any time if you want anyone to talk to ((hugs))

Just the two of us I find Pilates to be helpful as it gives me a good stretch but I'm not at risk of putting anything out and it's gentle. If you decide to do it make sure you tell your teacher and he/she will give you gentler exercises to do to start with.

Just been to DD's panto at school, it was very good but my back is now killing me after being sat on those horrid plastic chairs! As for flying, um, made the beds, done some washing - that's it. Norty aren't I :o

Just popping in to confirm that Dr's appointment has been decluttered, medication has been dispensed and I have to go back in 3 weeks. GP was brilliant.
:T:T:T Well done, CY - glad the GP took you seriously. Hope you begin to feel better soon.

We were out all morning (at SW). This afternoon we have been for a 3/4 hour walk along the lane and back in glorious sunshine (following heavy sleet and rain this morning ). I have made our bed, done WMx2 and TDx1 so far, put together a set of shelves for the back porch and started the slow roast for tea. I'll join you on the naughty step, Mumof2. Will need to do some computer work this evening, now.

No wonder none of the birds was eating anything from the seed feeders - they were all full of grot. Can anyone suggest a seedfeeder that doesn't fill up with mould or sprouting seed every time it rains? Poor little things are starving.

I think in this weather it is just a matter of checking them a lot - I had a good clean out of mine yesterday and was disgusted.

Well done CY for getting to the GP :T

Work finished, app form submitted and approved, and I found out some reassuring information. In the random selections, my line manager is scoring my form! But he's already seen it, and said its full of examples and just forget about it now. It will have to be re-approved by his line manager, but that's OK too because he relies on me for lots as well. I've made myself indispensable I hope!

Anyway, I am home, just doing pizza for kids tea as they will have had snack at club and I CBA. I've been told there's no one in the office again tomorrow so I can WFH so I'll do a proper dinner tomorrow. As DS would say "with veggibles".

Sunshine here so far, not sure about the white stuff, not looking likely!
