Tia- i'm a perpetual lurker. Lol. Signed off work so nothing to do! I bought the joie chrome http://www.mothercare.com/Joie-Chrome-Pushchair---Jade-*Exclusive-to-Mothercare*/650677,default,pd.html#q=Joie%20chrome . When I bought it it was £230 for the pram, chair, carrycot and car seat so it was a bargain. It can be forward/ rear facing. It's light, compact (fits in my clio boot), handles extend, really simple to use (oh and I figured out how to use it before a sales assistant got to us- every other pram we'd played with involved either hurting ourselves or feeling really stupid as we couldn't work them!), didn't need millions of adapters to swap seats around and pretty sturdy too. I can't wait to use it.
Btw: my mum thinks this is her baby.... I can't even escape from her either as we live with her so if you figure out how to make your mum less irritating let me know!0 -

Hi Ladies
Think I am ready to graduate to this thread. Had my 12 week scan today which shows I am actually 12w6d. Delighted that everything seems to be as it should be. Hubby and I move to Cyprus in a couple of weeks so one less thing to worry about. Due to the move I don't yet have a date for my 20 week scan. Do have an extra midwife apt here next week to collect notes etc and then one with my new midwife as soon as we arrive in Cyprus so hopefully get the next scan booked then.
Eeek, it's exciting, and getting more real by the minute!!
