Tia hope u r feeling better/more positive soon.
Well have just paid for our second hand stokke xplory lady will courier it this week I have never brought something second hand for so much that I haven't seen.
Last little one had a quinny buzz brought second hand was a yr old Inc whole package paid £200 and sold it 2.5yrs later for exactly same!!
The stokke I have brought is 3-4yrs old but in order to be in my budget I had to buy an older model it's a v3 frame with v2 seat recently serviced n has carrycot n footmuff plus few other bits Inc car seat adaptors for maxi cosi which is car seat I want to get.0 -
Freebie you do get some great bargains! Well done
Tia hope you sleep well and good idea to at least speak to the midwife. Peace of mind is a wonderful thing.
Just returned from doctors. Always a bit awkward whipping the boob out for a male doctor I don't know! Anyway he says completely normal and not worried in the slightest. Asked him about Pagets and he said not this at all. Hope he's got it right :-) feeling better tonight I'm glad I bit the bullet, feel more peaceful now. The rash has gone down with cream and bio oil.
Hope you all have a great night. I'll be 24 weeks this Saturday ... Eek moving to the big girls thread soon! X0 -
Good to be reassured by doc view.
Got to keep an eye for bargains and lucky to have a little cash saved for baby bits budget for stokke and all bits was £250 n have then had it couried.0 -
Freebie well done for the bargain hunting, just wondered whether you saw the pushchair first as you mentioned getting it couriered? I have only been looking at second hand items that are local, and not always much around.
View glad you got some reassurance, scary but exciting you will be moving on up soon.
Very quiet on here at the moment, hope everyone else is doing OK0 -

Not invisible, promise
In answer to your question, my kicks started off as quite sharp pains very low down. They didn't start until 19 weeks though.
It may be what you're feeling.

Freebie I hope it is everything you hope from a pushchair. Are you someone who is superstitious about keeping it in the house? My mum keeps going on about its lucky and when I buy something to store it at theirs! I have said it is nonsense and that I will want to keep it at home so I can practice using it!
Aww Freshstart your not invisible!
Have made an appointment to see the midwife tomorrow, I know I am just being stupid and have turned into one of those people who worry about nothing, but like view said, that is what the midwife is there for to give reassurance, and it will put my mind at rest (I hope).
How is everyone coping with the heat? Am very glad I am not heavily pregnant, finding it so hot at the moment. Dreading next week as am off to the Canary Islands which I am hoping won't be any hotter.0 -
Tia it's our second and although got rid of everything so buying again last time we had stuff in the house I am too organised.0

Finally got my scan date!!!!:j It arrived in the post while we were away for a few days. I managed to fall flat on my face while we were away, fat lip, bruised nose, forehead, scraped arm and knee. Called out the local midwife to check baby was ok, and she checked its heartbeat; all fine - phew!
Lots of news on the thread while I've been gone. Yay for feeling baby move view.
Welcome chickpea and congrats :T
We have finally found a house that could be nice within budget and put an offer in (we have a third buyer, after losing both the first two, the offer's been lower every time - boo!), but so has someone else, so fingers crossed we might have somewhere to put baby sometime soon!
I'm sure I meant to comment on something else while I was reading back, but I forgot what it was :undecided Hope you're all doing well x0
