AFM felt rough this evening.
Bad tummy, cramps, feel sick then had some tears when I had to have my 2 injections for the day, the prontogest hurts the next day and for at least 24hours and the clexane hurts at the time and leaves terrible bruises. It's all worth it I know but today it got a bit much.
So gonna eat my steak cooked much more than I normally do and top up on Ben and Jerry's and feel sorry for myself.

I hope the B&J's helps, which one are you having?

Im really at a loss what to do anymore, I can't see us ever getting a BFP and at this rate ever starting treatment again. Ive got to try and get through to my fs in approx 2 weeks to let her know how the bleedings going and see if theres any news on funding which i expect will be a no. By then I will be back on 3/4 northesterone a day and wait for more news but im not sure how much more i have to give with knowone helping me at all. Now theres no funding in place I don't even get to see my FS

Wish I was late 30s! I'm 43. (I know, I know..) but yes, I'm eating LOTS of protein - eg eggs for breakfast, tuna salad for lunch, steak & veg for tea) v few carbs unless I've been exercising, limited caffeine & alcohol, & v little dairy. Also exercising a lot more. Diet seems to be suiting me, my IBS symptoms have gone & I feel a lot less bloated generally. DH still has a low count though, so whatever I do is unlikely to make any difference really.

So happy your sticky bean is burrowing in nicely

AFM had my Scan, all is looking well good sized follicles 6 of them. 4 more in there starting to develop. Next scan Monday and planning EC on Wednesday.

Hey ladies,

Just wanted to up date you all.

We got called back into the hospital last week as yet again clomid didn't make me ovulate. So the upshot now is that we've been told private IVF is the next route for us.

I have just managed to secure myself a new job, which I start a week on Monday so I would like to concentrate on that for a bit.

Out consultant has made us an appointment for 12months time at which we will go back and she will repeat all the tests for us that need to be done before she sends off the referral. It also gives us time to concentrate on the wedding in August and also save up some money.

I'm going to bow out of this thread for now but I do hope that when I come back in 12 months time that there is no one left for me to talk to and your all well on your way to being mummies.

It's up to you. I had situation with a cousin, who has now had her second. I did the avoid thing, but my mum made me go and see her. I told her about the situation I was in and she has been very supportive since and now if fuming why it takes so long for ladies like us to get help.
Plus also am always the 1st in line for baby hugs .
I would tell her why you have not been around much and that you had your reasons.
Stamp your feet and cry. I did x
