    Hello all :) I'm not dead :)
Sorry I kind of disappeared for a while, it's bloody rude, I know, but I've been struggling...
I did something stupid. I looked up an ex on Facebook, and he had announced that he and his girlfriends baby is due about a week before what should have been my due date... I was knocked for six....
That was about a month ago now, and I have also had a lovely holiday (during which, I STILL didn't get pregnant)
    I've had enough...
    Loving the TRex though!!
Ooh, and Roman Reigns cheered me up a lot!!
Hope you are all well, I've got my fingers crossed for you Pink

  • Hi all
Hope everyone is having a great weekend. I went to see my doctor yesterday to get the results of my blood test (this was to check my progesterone levels). The results were good, she said I had a good level of progesterone so i have ovulated this month. Doctor has referred us to the fertility clinic, there is a 2- 6 week appointment wait at the minute. Our fertility clinic is: the centre of life, Newcastle upon Tyne.
OH is home on his shift break, we have had a lovely few days. Have to make the most of it before he trots off in his camper van back to work.
    Hope everyone is well :-)

Hi Mrs Vicx and welcome back. I am friends with my most serious ex on the dreaded fb and he randomly messaged me a couple of weeks ago to say congratulations on getting married (over a year ago) He has two beautiful (seriously, adorable) daughters and I also find it hard to see, but at the same time I know he is an ex for a reason, as I'm sure yours is. Sending lots of hugs your way x

  • Hello again, back from sunny Yorkshire (it really was!). Managed to relax a bit, mostly didn't worry about IVF although there was house shenanigans to distract me, our house is now sold! :)

Hope your doing OK PTP, I'm wishing you buckets of luck for tomorrow.

I'm still in touch with a couple of my exes. One doesn't have any kids (I think through choice) and a couple of years ago the other sent me messages about how his sort of girlfriend at the time had tricked him by saying she was on the pill and was pregnant and he didn't want to be a father again.

Plus, there's this guy I was friends with for a long time - since I was about 16, and there was always chemistry between us but one or the other of us was always in a relationship and by the time both of us were single at the same time, and in the same country (he's from the USA), we'd ended up in the friendzone. Anyway, after I met DH, I introduced him to a friend of mine from uni and they got together but she was really sneaky and underhand about it - there were other guys in the picture, but once the other guys were gone, she told me that nobody else was interested and she didn't like very much about my friend but there was nobody else around so he'd do, then there were some things said that made me suspect she'd deliberately stopped her contraception whilst pretending to take it. After they got together they pretty much dropped me anyway, so the next thing I heard they were getting married. I went to their wedding, which was the most boring thing ever, and I suspect only so she could go and live with him in the states and be supported - she can work there now but doesn't. Anyway that was all a very long winded way of saying, I'm dreading when they announce she's pregnant which no doubt will happen soon.

At the moment, it seems like everyone I know is pregnant and some of them will not shut up about it!! And I've just found out that another friend is pregnant with twins.

  • Good afternoon all.
I feel bad. I join in, then I haven't had time to post. I've been rushed off my feet the last couple of weeks.
Nothing really to report here. I'm currently CD8, I think, and am waiting for OH to return home tomorrow. ( I need him for something!)
Fingers very tightly crossed PTP. x
Picklekin, congrats on the house sale and I'm glad you had a lovely time away.
We're off to Edinburgh in a couple of weeks. I need some time to recharge my batteries.
Lots of pregnant people around these parts too! Feeling very envious just now.
    Loving the pictures code. :-)
    Thinking of you all. X
