Hello
:j PTP- thats fab news. Fingers well and truly crossed for you.
Hugs to anyone who needs one.
I had my GP appointment. One of my tubes is clear, the other one has lots of little cysts on, my blood tests came back all ok though. He said PCOS does seem likely though. He is referring me to gynaecologist, and I've got to get my oh to go to his Drs to get a SA. (Lol, its just as well the neighbours don't hear our conversations as they would think we are nuts!!) I will take my notebook and all the suggested questions to the gynaecologist appointment- apparently this takes about 6 weeks.
So I'm going to really try and lose 6lb between now and then (I always aim for 1lb a week as I find this doable!!)0 -
Great news Pinkteapot :j0

Great news Pinkteapot! Will keep everything crossed for you!
Hope you don't have to wait too long for your appointment ThinkPink. I wonder what people would think if they overheard our conversations too, I had to explain what actually happens during OV to my DH last night, he was fascinated! He knew it involved eggs of some sort but that was basically it.
Last time I bought Conceive Plus from Amazon it was delivered to one of my neighbours and I was too embarrassed to go and collect it! I do wonder if they ever opened the package...!Barclaycard [STRIKE]£7,296.35[/STRIKE] £6134.99 - MBNA [STRIKE]£4,182.88[/STRIKE] £3267.08 - O/draft [STRIKE]£569.31[/STRIKE] £413.59 - Capital One [STRIKE]£1477.55[/STRIKE] £1451.44Total debt [STRIKE]£12048.54[/STRIKE] £11267.10 6% paid0 -

Thanks everyone.
When they said that on day 3 it should be 5-8 cells and it was 10, I came over all proud parent of our little over-achiever. :rotfl:0 -
pickle - glad your scratch went okay, I know what you mean about them digging around, the doctor who did mine described it as more of an 'endo rumble'
Fairy dust - :hello: Hello February cycle buddy!Lots of hugs and I'm keeping all my bits crossed that this is your time xx
pink - woop woop! Excellent egg haul and fab news getting your little embie back on board :j I'm keeping everything crossed for you xx
Shrimpy - my DH has a really bad SA, low in all 3 areas. He went from something like 1.2million in June 2012 to 9 million in March 2013, then 21 million February 2014 (our first IVF cycle) then back to 9 million in May 2014 (our second IVF cycle).
Since the 2012 result he's been taking the Wellman Conception vitamins and has eaten lots of brazil nuts and oranges and drunk lots of orange juice. He did have a varicocele (which he had fixed in April this year) which made everything very hot so he used to give them a blast of cold water in the shower and sit on the sofa in the evening with a cold flannel on them! :rotfl:
AFM - started the oestrogen (Progynova) on Sunday, they're HRT tablets and funnily enough, they're exactly the same as what my M-in-L had about 15 years ago! Scan is on 11th September to see how my lining is growing.
Hugs to you all xx0 -
