Today's embie update - we're down to 4 going strong (one was multi-nucleated), they said they're all 2-4 cells and a mixture of A and B grades. They said it's all going to plan and not to worry but that's definitely easier said than done!

Love Actually - I was the same as you and my fs said that i could have the lap if I wanted but that no matter what they found the treatment would be the same i.e. blocked tubes, ivf / unexplained infertility, ivf. I opted not too as I wasn't keen on an unnecessary op. Might be different in different trusts though.

How are my fellow follie four doing? I'm ok today, trying my best to get on with things and forget as much as I can.

Hello! Just popping by to say I used the Bree Taylor Molyneux CD from the playstore (if you have android). For the 2WW I found the daily affirmations both cringeworthy and really good. I would listen to them while on the tube on the way to work!! So you don't need to set aside 30 minutes or so in a quiet place.

I've listened again recently to keep myself calm and relaxed.
