  • That's such a lovely message tea. Hope AF arrives soon for you.

RG - good you are feeling hopeful. Keep everything crossed for you.

SewIT all the best with your PUPO status lots of sticky vibes your way.

To fairy and frozen all the best with your EC and ET.

Afm -did my first injection today :T. I don't know why but it made me very happy. Did not have much problem taking the injection, but after a couple of minutes there was a redness and a small swollen lump at that place was worried that the medicine did not go inside and is just below my skin. But it settled down later.

Did this happen to others also?

Tea - that is the loveliest message in the world, thank you so much. I've been crying since I read it. It is so nice to know that people are holding our hope when we are not able to. I feel very guilty that I can't believe in my embies almost like i am betraying them. X

RG - pleased you spoke to someone at the hospital. The progesterone is supposed to stop us bleeding so it makes sense they have upped your dose. Don't apologise for yesterday, you are not a drama queen, you are a woman who is going through a tough time when pumped full of hormones! X

Congrats on the first injection Love, hope the rest go as smoothly. X

PM - brilliant you have an appointment. Fingers crossed they get things moving for you. X

Sorry if I have missed anyone xx

RG, I'm happy they do not think yesterday was the end and they have upped your dose. I turned into a PMS crazy teenager while is was taking progesterone.

Good luck to the IVF ladies.

Loveactually, I did not get a lump. All I can think of is to make sure the needle goes all the way in before injecting yourself and see if that makes a difference.

  • Thanks for all the best wishes for tomorrow :)! My ET is at 12.30pm.

RG I did think it was a bit early for bleeding but glad that you have spoken to someone to put your mind at rest xx

SewIt even embryos that aren't top quality become babies so try and put that thought out of your head :) xx

Frozen good luck for EC on Monday, hope you get a good haul too :)

Loveactually well done on your first injection, you will become an expert by the time you are ready for EC!

Tea I hope that AF shows up soon, like someone said earlier when you don't want her to show up she does and when you do she takes her time :mad::mad:

Did anyone else use the ummmmmm back door for their cyclogest before ET? I always used front last cycle and I have since EC but decided to use the back way tonight & tomorrow so there is no residue "up there" for transfer tomorrow. Now seeing as I have never put anything up there before I thought i managed really well as I never felt it go in............then as I stood up I realised it never went in at all. I had put it between my cheeks and so it fell out :o:o:rotfl::rotfl:

Hugs to anyone who needs them xx

Exactly my experience too. No idea what the coating is made off but it can melt through pants!
  • Thanks Peonie & Tea :)! I noticed there was less mess that way as there is a lot of leakage when put V way . Just felt a bit weird at first as it feels like you need to go to the toilet :rotfl:

I'm away to leave in 20 mins so will let you know how it goes. Fingers crossed its a smooth transfer xx
