Guess I should pull out my voucher and start Slimming World shortly too. I think I only get 1-2 months for free, but hopefully I'll be able to learn the basics.

Operation BD is in full swing here. Two days in a row! TMI alert - had the best ewcm that I've ever ever had earlier today. Super stretchy! I'm wondering if my body is trying to make up for losing Dale.

evening all, hope everyone had a fab weekend in the glorious sunshine!

good luck to those trying to lose weight for ttc, ive been on atkins and lost a lot of weight through it, but i know if i fall pregnant ill have to come off it...i only have another 3 kg to lose so perversely hoping i have another month to lose it! 1 week to go til AF..

nothing new to report except lots of creamy cm! Can't remember if this was a 2ww symptom for me..fx

Is anyone here following the Sperm Meets Egg Plan? Was thinking of trying it but I googled it the other day and it said to start BD on day 8. I usually still have AF on day 8!

On the positive side I've convinced OH to join me in losing weight so the fridge is packed the healthy food, so every month we don't get pregnant is another month to get to my goal weight.

They got my blood out !!!! (does a happy dance) So I will find out on wednesday afternoon / Thursday morning if I have OV'd this cycle or not.

Last cycle my day 21 bloods were 46.2 ...... no idea what that means but seeing as I saw the egg etc assuming it was ok..... So at least I have a guide for what to expect for results this week......................

Yay Tink Not sure if you know this already but apparently drinking a lot of water before having a blood tests helps!

I'm another one trying to lose weight - but then again I always am :rotfl:lost weight for wedding last year then piled it all back on and more Although my BMI is now 26.1, at the start of the year it was 28.5 (I know BMI isn't a great tool but it's kinda useful as a guideline).

The consultant has given us the green light to try again for a little one. I'll be on low dose aspirin for the rest of my life, but other than that, the appointment today was good news.

Good luck everyone who is starting slimming world. My problem is lack of exercise, I have no motivation to do it, especially when I have got home from work. I think I would be better if I knew someone else going to a class or something, but my work friends live too far away and the friends who live near by are super fit!!
