    Hi Jay,

I could have written exactly what you put although I'm only on my first MMC.

I didn't actually get a discharge of any sorts after the ERPC, just sent home from hospital by 9am the morning after.

My BMI is also about 33 but I've lost about 2.5kgs in the last 3-4 weeks by doing Slimming World online. I've been before and know it works but I didn't get that "lovely warm feeling" in group so I'm doing it online.

I find it works for me as I track exactly what I've eaten throughout the day and it makes me much more conscious of what I'm eating. Haven't done it to the letter as each week, we have something on like my birthday, a weekend away at Centerparcs and tonight a meal out but I'm going to try to have something that's as "on plan" as it can be.

Good luck and stay positive - if I can help in any way, please just shout.
    Gelly

I went into Boots today but all the (old) CBFMs and sticks were full price still.

I've been bidding on them on eBay but there's a lot of competition! How much did people on here get them for?

As for me - I gave myself a few days off from thinking about all things TTC after my rant earlier in the week. Starting feeling a lot better and I am able to be genuinely happy for my friend at work. I decided to maybe take a bit of mental break from it all (but not stop trying so I guess more NTNP) for a bit and by Friday was feeling a lot more relaxed and trying to adopt the 'what will be will be' attitude.

Interestingly I've now had a few what I think might be 'symptoms'. I know, I know - symptom spotting is not a good thing to do but seriously I've had swollen sore breasts for 3 days now and a weird very light cramping feeling, increased discharge and back ache. Might just be my body playing games but keep your fingers crossed for me - going to try and hold out till next weekend to test as it's still a week until AF is due.

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend xx

Sorry to hear your news Jay. In my experience Slimming World groups can be great but they do vary, so if you're lucky enough to have a few near you then don't feel obliged to stick with one if it isn't suiting you. You do get a lot of helpful tips and motivation from the groups though IMO.

AFM I have no idea when/if I OVd but going to assume I have and just go by FF, so please could I be updated to 3 dpo today Kelly? Thanks.

    Sorry for cd1 Maddy x

ETA Everyone at work is driving me crazy as they are all inexplicably convinced I am PG and keep symptom spotting on my behalf! They don't know we are TTC thank god or they would be even worse no doubt. I must just look like a bloated bag of carp! :p

Thanks for all the kind words. This will have been my second mmc in 10 months.

I received my discharge letter through the post today, it states I need to get my BMI down to below 29 (its currently 33). Operation weight loss starts on Monday, I'm toying with the idea of joining slimming world but I don't know if I could justify the £20 odd per month to get weighed. I've tried going alone before but I have the will power of a knat.

I've found some IC OPK's lurking in my bathroom, if anyone wants them PM me and I will send them out. I tried to use them for one month but I couldn't get on with them.

Hugs for everyone who needs them
