oh muso I'm so sorry, I thought you were going to end the drought of BFPs lately. I have plenty of wine and chocolate so pull up a chair :)

This AF is about as pleasant as it can be. It's not that heavy or painful which is nice. Still not sure what my plan for this month is, I always thought I'd be pregnant by the end of the year and that hope is dwindling fast..

...Oh well, I can't dwell on it too much. I'm going into my third cycle now so fingers crossed.

  • So sorry Muso, I had everything crossed for you. I also got an evap on an FRER last month the day before AF arrived (also after the 10min mark!), so I can sympathise. I hope you're doing OK :)

Thanks for your take on the B6 stuff. I've started taking 1 50mg B6 and a B complex today. Do you know what your doses were?

On the plus side my LP went up to 11 days so hopefully I shouldn't need to increase it much more to have some success. Also trying reflexology on Wednesday.

For the B-complex, here are the amounts:
    Thiamin (B1) 1.4mg
    Riboflavin (B2) 1.6mg
    Niacin 18mg
    B6 2mg
    Folic acid 200 micrograms
    B12 1 microgram
    Pantothenic acid 6mg

For my prenatal (I use seven seas because it doesn't bother my tummy!):
    B1 1.4mg
    B2 1.4mg
    Niacin 18mg
    B6 1.9mg
    Folic acid 400 micrograms
    B12 2.6 micrograms
    Pantothenic acid 6mg
(these are just the B vitamins in it, there are loads of other bits too)

So, for total amount of B6, 3.9 mg. It depends on if you're deficient in something, and if so, by how much. It may take a bit for it to really make a difference, and if you're not deficient, it may not make any difference. Another reason to take a complex - B vitamins are labelled as the 'energy' vitamins, so they are good for everyone, because lets face it, who can't use more energy?! :rotfl:

  • Quick question:

I know everyone is different, but since I over analyse everything anyway I thought I'd ask whether anyone on here gets ov cramps, and if so do you know whether they're before or during ov?

I've started cramping today & am freaking out as we didn't DTD yesterday, but did very late Saturday night. Obviously I'm gonna be getting me a ticket for the BD train as soon as I get home (about 7pm tonight), but I'm worried it's happening now and I'm missing the boat. Looking at my notes from last month, I know I cramped the day before and day of ov so I might not actually ov until tomorrow, but I've figured most of my ttc anxiety stems from not knowing whether we've DTD at the right time & I'm trying* to stay zen suring this month's tww.

All experiences, opinions and telling me to calm the frell down are welcome :)

  • Girls, I still haven't tested yet. I'm convinced AF is just around the corner, mainly cos I'm getting cramps..

On another hand, I don't want to test as I did have a few drinks last weekend and would feel so bad if it came up positive! It's the first time in a while that I had a few drinks and I would be kicking myself.. Gonna wait another day or two, worrying about it won't help! Plus, I haven't got any Kits in the house to test so I need a chance to get to town! Lol!!

Baby doesn't receive anything from you other than a warm place to snuggle until about week 11-12 anyway, so don't worry about those drinks. ;)

  • Thanks Mrs T but I'd worry anyway! Lol

Just I'm cramping a lot in my pelvic region so I think I'll grab the car and try a test tomorrow morning as I have a feeling that it's too late in the day by the time OH goes home.

Just worried, I dont wanna let on to my OH coz I don't want to disappoint
