    Ah, sorry Lulu :(

Tatabubbly - how on earth have you not tested yet? :D
It would be killing me not to! I don't POAS regularly but would do if I'd missed AF. You've got nerves of steel!

    I'd have tested too!

Tatabubbly - you must have nerves of steel.
    Lulu - sorry for AF

Hugs to all the BFN and AF over the last few days.

Slowly fading and Dingdong seeing as we are at about the same point I was wondering when/if you guys were planning on testing?
Last month I started at 10dpo(or so I thought!) and just drove myself mad.
Ovia has my period starting on Saturday and Friday will be 12dpo. I'm away with some friends at the weekend so will test Friday before I go. Hoping I can hold out until then.

I'm 7dpo today and had some odd, unusual cramping whilst out of a run. Didn't last long and has gone now. Also had a slight odd heavy feeling in my pelvis yesterday. Who knows!

I've had that the last two days - who knows what that means?! I think I'm going to test on Saturday if AF hasn't arrived by then.... :)

  • pm04gn, I'm hoping to hold out until Friday, which will be 13dpo and hopefully 2 days late. Least if it's friday, you can have all week/work to keep you busy.

I'm just back from a run myself, and I often think you can feel more going on in the abdo area whilst running cos you hold yourself better (form wise) than normal...or maybe that's just me.:rotfl:

I realised yesterday that it was now November and I hadn't went for a run the whole of October, this ttc has taken over my life, and my last 2ww I was worried about pushing myself just incase I had caught! Cue 4 week with minimal exercise and an extra 2kg on the scales :o decided exercise can only benefit me and any little one so back to hitting the pavements and the gym I go....until I do eventually get a bfp, then it's yoga and swimming

A fresh start - looks like there will be a few of us testing around the same time. Hopefully we will get the November BFP list started.
I've gone down to 1-2 runs per week from 3 as I don't particularly like going out in the dark. I will carry on your a bit once I get a BFP but only until tiredness/belly gets in the way. I won't push myself and not sure I will replace it with anything.
I keep telling my OH that the sooner I get pregnant the sooner I can give up running!
  • Pm04gn, I'm a morning exerciser during the week, so the clock change has made a huge difference, but will only last a month or so, then I'm going indoors to the gym. I had read that yoga and keeping fit and active will help with the birth/ recovery afterwards, so I'm going to try everything as the idea of giving birth terrifies me! One of my friends often says that you wouldn't run a marathon without training, so why would you not do anything for the ultimate thing you can put your body through. she's scared me, but also made me think....maybe there's mord to be done than healthy eating (plus tgd fact there's no way I can give up my sugar and cake addiction- that's why I run!!!)

Is anyone doing anything to get their body ready for having a baby?

Fingers crossed musogirl, give us the 1st positive of November!!

Fingers crossed to those ovulating and those waiting for AF xx

Can I please be updated to CD1. Thanks for the lists Kelly :)

  • Lulu - rubbish news about AF but nice to see you've been keeping yourself busy and YUM everything sounds just delicious!!

Musogirl - Fingers crossed we all log on to some great news from you tomorrow!!

A fresh start - Sounds like you need to join the flylady thread too! Your cleaning to put your mind of things sounds just like me! Although I do have a surge of motivation just before AF usually......

To the runners - OMG so many of you go running and to the gym - you're putting me to shame! I downloaded that couch to 5k thing but the dark nights have put me off starting!

Slowly fading, a fresh start and pm04gn(?) - Sounds like Friday is test day! I think Friday may be a little early for me but I'm also away all weekend so will see how I feel. It will either be Friday before we go or Sunday when I'm back, depending on if AF shows. I'm honestly not getting my hopes up as looking at my calendar the chances of a bfp are small anyway

Dingdong - yep Friday for me. If I wasn't going away I would've tried to hold out for another day or two. Knowing me I would've tried and failed and tested on Friday anyway.

I did a couch to 5k plan starting in late June and was running 5k without trouble at the beginning of sept. When I started and couldn't run 90s without wanting to die I never imagined I could do it and was sure I probably wouldn't make it. So you may surprise yourself. For me the extra calories burnt from running mean I don't have to be strict with my diet.

That reminds me has anyone else been losing weight for TTC/pregnancy? I currently eat around 1500cals most days and I'm unsure what I'll increase to when I hopefully get a BFP. You don't need to eat more until the third trimester and then it's only 200cals. It's taken me a long time to change my eating habits and get down to a healthy BMI so I'm worried I will blow it when pregnant/on mat leave.
