I carried on doing OPK's until CD20, just to be sure I hadn't missed it, but have decided I must have already Ov'd last Sunday (when the lines on the OPK were close together in colour), do I count the Monday as 1dpo? If so please can I be updated to 6dpo?


And so the wait for the next opportunity begins!... I have just joined the flylady thread in oldstyle money saving to try and keep me busy with other things as this TTC malarkey is going to send me stir crazy and I'm only in month 1! It seems I can't do anything without becoming totally obsessive about it - researching online about anything and everything about TTC! DH said we should just BD regularly and see what happens - leaving the science out of things but I'll try anything to get that BFP sooner and like understanding the ins and outs of things! I think I should have been born into an era before the internet so I couldn't spend my time googling!

dingdong, glad to see you're trying to keep your mind of TTC (I say trying, it's so difficult!) I'm trying to stay sane today as OH is at football so I'm all alone. Got tandoori chicken marinading for tonight and I'm going to have a go at making some fudge!!

ETA - I think I have cystitis again too - grrr, I'm going to go and look at christmas stuff to cheer myself up!

I'm not really playing the waiting game for AF/BFP tbh, as I didn't know I had ov I didn't make a special effort to BD at the right time Still, I guess I'm in for a teeny tiny chance (eek...do not get my hopes up!)


More on the count down for the next time to try! This time, at the right time of the month!! :rofl:

I had that with my last AF, I think I was 4 days late and it wasn't until about 3 days into what I guess was brown old blood that it was normal AF - even then it was only for a day!

I'm ruling us out for this month tbh.. I'm kicking myself as I told husband I was ov'ing and then he felt too much under pressure. I'm not going to tell him when I ov next month I've decided, as long as I can manage to keep it quiet, I'm not very good at that!

Hope you get a result one way or another marmite!

I'm not fussed what the outcome is, I just want to know either way.

I'm never late for AF, where are my cramps? Where is AF?
