Eugh. I started to show a faint test line on OPKs a few days ago, which I thought was a good sign as for the two weeks before that nothing was showing at all, but they're just staying faint/barely there
I've had lots of cramps/heavy feeling this week, my bbs are seemingly ever growing (I think Cerazette stunted them!), today I've had work mates laughing at home many times I've needed to pee and just the general feeling that AF is about to show her ugly face imminently! The only way I could possibly be pg is if I ov'd straight after stopping my pill, but as I'm going away for a week on Sunday, I'll test Saturday (holiday drinking guilt free and all that).
devildolly5 I'd wait and test again tomorrow to gauge your DPO. If you don't get a smiley tomorrow then I guess you'll be 1DPO tomorrow? Have a happy 2WWDS - 08/15

Hi, I'm a long time lurker on this thread, tending to actively post on the waiting to TTC thread.
I come off my pill on 25th September and we will start ttc straight away!
I'm just wondering, is there anything I need to do now to help bump things along?
I have other questions about thinks like OPKs and temperatures but I'll wait until sooner to the time for those! Our Rainbow Twins born 17th April 2016

Definitely start taking folic acid now if you haven't already-it is likely they will ask you if you were taking this before you conceived and it has some bearing on your NT screening if you decide to have it xxDebt at Highest: £11,630.10 (May 2006) Debt now: £0.00 !!!!Married to the man of my dreams :A - Sat 2nd June 20070 -

Definitely agree with bluekp. The recommendation is to take folic acid for roughly 3 months before TTC. May I ask why you are waiting until September to stop the pill? I only ask cos sometimes it can take months for your cycles to regulate. I know it took a whole year for mine to after coming off the pill. On the other hand there are also ladies who get pregnant the first month off the pill.....you never can tell!! Fx for you0 -

Thanks for the advice, will look into it over the weekend
We're waiting because my pill runs out then and I don't have any more so we thought why not. Plus it gives us both time to prepare for it as OH has some personal issues which have made getting to this stage very difficult.
We were going to start in may but he decided he didn't want maternity leave to be used against any mortgage application as we are hoping to move early next year
I want to stop now! Even forgot my pill today genuinely by accident and wanted to throw them away! Our Rainbow Twins born 17th April 2016

We applied for a mortgage whilst I was on Maternity leave and it didn't matter. All they needed was a letter from my employer stating that I was going back to work on full time hours and my salary would be X. Apparently they've had discrimination claims when they try to take it into account.
Not sure what's wrong with me this month, AF is due at the weekend and since it was way to hot to do much BD'ing I'm sure it is going to be here but although I'm usually fairly together I'm in a real emotional mess this time ! I'll be glad when the weekend is over for once then at least I'll know one way or the other.0
