I don't actually know how many DPO I tested as AF was irregular for me (50+ days at times) and I hadn't ever used OPK's, but I do think it's still very early and perhaps even CB isn't that accurate as the ink lines on the other two normal tests were quite faint. Ive got a docs appointment for Friday so hopefully I may have a better idea then!

Tested this morning (slapped wrist, only 12DPO) and a BFN. Will wait until Saturday to test now.

Hi all

So pleased to see the firts two BFP's for August. Congrats!!!!

I have just started to use the CB digi OPK's for the first time and they are a hell of a lot easier than the IC but way more epxensive, so I want to use both together to see if I can better read the IC ones to save my purse emptying.

I am on CD14 so expect to OV in a few days so will try to BD today.

I posted recently as this was supposed to be our first month ttc but due to a blip (I had terrible thrush - sorry if tmi:o) with my cycle this month I didn't know when I ov'd. I did the opk's daily and was getting a faint second line for a couple of days which then vanished. I therefore thought id missed my chance this month but, having taken strong antibiotics and sorted myself out, I carried on using the opk's. I am on CD16 and today and yesterday the 2nd line has appeared again and it is marginally stronger today. I will do one again tomorrow to see what happens but do you think I could be due to ov? I normally have 28/29 day cycles so I'm not sure if this would be the right time to get the surge. Please help - could I be about to ov or am I just getting my hopes up for nothing?
