Krustylouise - i think a false negative is pretty much impossible unless there was a fault with the test.

    Thanks Wendz86,

I thought I'd better check as when I was pregnant 7.5years ago with DD and I was in hospital due to pains in my stomach, they checked me and tested me and told me I was not pregnant! I now have a 7 year old DD to prove they were wrong!

But thought I'd better check as my period is due, however I've not had an ache or pain, I'm due on tomorrow, I have sore boobs and have been weeing alot {sorry}. I know technology has advanced so thought I'd check and see if anyone has experience of false negatives recently?

    Thanks again for your reply.

Pregnancy tests don't work past a certain number of weeks (think it's to do with the placenta taking over); only a blood test would be able to tell you are pregnant.

If I were it would be extremely early days so definitely no chance of being too over! I only had implant out in May, was on the pill short term and had a period last month

LOL I am totally ss ing! Had some major mood swings over the weekend and was being so hot headed, I thought surely I must be pregnant!! Boobs are a little sore too, but have been now for a few days. AF due on Sunday so I will have to wait and see...my gut is telling me I'm probably not! But I have no idea what to expect, so on the other hand, I could be????
