Hello everyone!

Not posted on any pregnancy type forum but as I lurk on MSE so often I thought I'd give it a go here first!

I've been on Cerazette for 4 years, and yesterday on the evening before my 27th birthday we decided I'd stop taking it We're going more along the lines of letting nature take its course than actively trying at the moment, but my fingers are crossed nonetheless!

Not sure how my body will react as I accidentally (genuinely!) forgot to take friday and saturday's pill, took one Sunday and then stopped, but had a withdrawal bleed in the mean time which was very light & is now just stopping! So I might get another withdrawal bleed due to taking Sunday's pill or I might not! Hoping not as it'll be more likely my next bleed will be AF & I'll know where I'm at withy cycles.

I'd love to be one of those lucky ones who is uber fertile straight after stopping, but I'll stay more pessimistic for the sake of my sanity

another newbie to this thread - I've been watching all of your stories with great interest and thought it was about time to join in. Currently TTC#2 so I know it can be done but we've left it a bit late and I'm not sure if it can be done again (notice my age is missing, I'll be the oldest on the list - but not by too much !). MC in April messed up our plans a little but I think things are pretty much back to normal now. fingers crossed for all. x

Me too, thank you and good luck with your app. I'm going to see my GP on Wednesday to say we're ttc, mostly just so I can get it on record when we started trying from etc. Fingers crossed I'll be a ttc graduate before long
