I have started a health kick as well. Want to lose a bit of weight and just generally be a bit more healthy. My OH has been a bit rubbish too and been eating mcdonalds at work and buying chocolate !

Hi devil dolly, let me tell you from my experience that symptom spotting does not work. Every month 7 months I was sure that this was the month that finally I got pregnant. My veins were "bluer", I felt nausea, I was "tired" yet every single month within two days I got my period.The day before I was meant to start Ivf treatment all I felt was that I had done five wees that morning all ready and I was waiting my cycle to come on to do a blood test on day 2. It was the same day my period was due and I had had a negative test on the Monday at the clinic. Just bought two sainsburys one which both had a faint line and then did like 7 more tests and it was positive. Unfortunately I would have been 12 weeks Friday but I had a missed miscarriage. The moral of this story is for me anyway, the month that I did no symptom checking I was pregnant! good luck with everything and hope it works out for you soon. Ps that conceive plus seemed to work xx

Hi emmaj30,

Thanks for that. So sorry to hear about your MMC, had the same in December, (would be due next Tuesday).

The week before I found out i was pregnant last year (NTNP), I had one day where I felt really queezy and had to go home from work (but didn't twig I might be PG), so I guess I am expecting that to happen again, although I know each one is different.

Urgh! Roll on next Tuesday when AF is due. If she doesn't show her ugly head by then, I will test, but not before! I am pretty sure I am out this month anyway due to timings and an early OV which caught me out a bit.

Might give conceive plus a go if we have no luck in a couple more months.

Period was 4 days late so I'm sure you can all imagine I had my hopes up and had been testing like a possessed woman !

Also had nasty attack of thrush after the 2 lots of anti biotics last week :-(

Tooth out today - that was not nice :-(
