Skaps I saw a friend of mine who is about 18 weeks yesterday, first time I have seen her since finding out she was PG. I was surprised by how tough I found it I honestly wanted to feel happy for her but could only feel jealous and bitter which in turn made me feel like a terrible person. You are definitely not alone.

I went to the docs yesterday and am having day 21 bloods tomorrow. Feeling a bit apprehensive - not by the actual giving blood as I am more than used to that but by the feeling of where we might end up. The dr said I was still young and not to worry too much - think when I started consulting the FF app she pegged me as the highly strung control freak type - and said she was only referring me because of my history and normally I would need to be trying for two years. As I'm 33 (and a half) that didn't quite seem right to me but there didn't seem to be any point in arguing. I also have to have an ultrasound and DH give a sample, and then go from there.

Don't think I have OVd yet this month as had no symptoms, not really getting on with OPKs to be honest. Just bding lots and hoping for the best!

Skaps you're just saying what we are all thinking if we are honest probably, I read a fb pregnancy announcement this week it really cut deep, the woman has a six month old already and when we went to their wedding in december I'd just had a chemical pregnancy, so it makes me feel like screaming "whens it gonna be my turn" - mature and sensible response I know (not)

Im back!! Sorry I didnt do the lists yesterday - i was completely jet lagged. I have had an amazing time away. thanks to all that asked.

AFM - 2DPO - (i think) - no peak again on CBFM so its just a guesstimate, but did plenty of BD whilst away - so who knows.

Afternoon All, I hope everyone had a nice weekend? Glad you had a good holiday KellyKins.

I am driving myself up the wall! :wall:
After my posts last week I decided that if AF hadn’t arrived by CD60 I would test.

So, I woke up Sunday and took myself off to the loo to test. I didn’t wake OH as I still wasn’t confident anything would show. Dipped first stick and waited the time it said. Control line was bright pink and at first that was all I could see, then I saw another VERY VERY VERY feint line. I thought my eyes were playing tricks so I dipped another test which only had the control line. Wrote the first one off as my eyesight (I took a pic of them both and they both look the same on the pic).

When OH woke up he asked me if I had tested, told him what I had thought I saw. Anyway, OH says I shouldn’t have bought cheapie ones so off he goes to Tesco to get some croissants and another test! I spent the day feeling disheartened and crampy and was sure that AF would show every time I went to the loo.

This morning I used the test OH bought, a Tesco own brand as that was all they had. Dipped the stick and waited the specified amount of time (I even used the countdown on my phone). The control line was showing and what I thought was another feint line so I left it another minute (also timed) and there was definitely a feint line but I convinced myself it was grey not pink. Got OH out of the bathroom and stuck it under his nose – he confirmed there was a line, I asked him what colour he said pink.
OH is sure it is a line albeit very feint, I’m not convinced! I took a pic on my phone and it looks like a line on my phone screen but it looks even more feint on the computer screen! I have even googled positive Tesco results this morning to compare them! I’ve been to the loo goodness knows how many times this morning in work as I keep expecting AF any second plus I’m still having cramps so am sure the test is negative.

Sorry for the ramble but my head is spinning I’m sure they’re not positive but they weren’t left long enough before I checked them to be evaporation lines.

Welcome back kellykins, glad you had a lovely time! Now back to reality... I wish I was going on holiday this year! Is anyone else going away at all?
