Yes, Im ttc since coming off the pill- but my cycles were never regular before I went on it, I used to have yearlys! But I went on the pill at 17 to make my cycles regular and also as I met my now husband, and never really thought about the fact I wasn't regular, its only now that I'm ttc that I've started to worry about it.

Time is going by so quickly at the moment that I'm sure it will be the end of June before I know, I have a few things going on to keep me occupied so I think it will wait, the appointment I have is good for me time wise as well as its quite early in the morning.

For those who take agnus cactus, what dose do you take? I heard the ideal is 200mg+ and the stuff in Boots etc doesn't do anything cos it's about 4mg? Found some on Amazon but it's 100mg.

And you're not supposed to take it while pregnant so should stop after you ovulate to be on the safe side and then start taking it again after your period comes I think.

On the pack it says 'Each tablet contains concentrated extract from 1000mg dried agnus castus berries and is standardised to guarantee 600mg aucubins' ... whatever that means! It suggests taking 1-2 tablets a day, so I took one in the morning and another before I went to bed. Even though I only took for about 2 weeks, I didn't feel any side effects so I'm assuming that dosage is ok!

I'd also heard that, so once AF decides to show her face I'll start again.

For a tiny tablet they don't smell very inviting! Very herby

Hi

Just delurking to further respond to Snapping that Dh and I both started taking conception vitamins and the same month I got my BFP. Whether it was the attitude and the vitamins or the vitamins or just the attitude that did it we'll never know. I got the vitamins from Healthspan.

Well I think I OV'd yesterday although cant be sure as didn't use any sticks this month.

Had a weekend away with friends but the sleeping arrangements put a halt to any baby making unfortunately!

Keeping my fingers crossed but not seeming very likely now.

Can I be updated to 1DPO please? Thankyou for adding me to all the lists.
