  • I know how you feel Mogwai. You would think DTD at the 'right' time would give a BFP! Our bodies are cruel sometimes :( *hugs* for CD1.

Thanks for doing the lists Mrs_T_M.

Has anyone got any exciting plans for this rainy Bank Holiday Monday?

    I'm working :(

According to the book I purchased ttc'ing *should* take no longer than 4-6 cycles of well timed sex if you chart etc.

I am going to try agnus cactus :) Day 1 of opk testing started yesterday.. here's hoping I don't get 3 weeks of negatives like last time!

First month with agnus and it seems to have shortened my cycle by a few days so will continue with that for the next cycle..also recommend OPKs if you have irregular cycles as it took the guesswork out for me which was nice x

This is good news for me as I desperately want my cycles to be shorter! First cycle 46, then 38 but now CD39 and no sign of AF yet. I've already tested and got a BFN so I'm not going to bother again, I'm just assuming I'm out and so waiting for AF to arrive.

I started taking Agnus Castus and Evening Primrose Oil about a week before ov as that's when the delivery arrived, however I stopped after ov.

I'm still in two minds whether to take throughout the whole cycle or stop at ovulation as there is conflicting advice around - what advice what you give on here, those that take it? Also, I don't know whether to start taking it again now or wait until CD1?

This is exactly why I want to shorten my cycles - I've ranted about it before so I won't go full blown again :p, but for those with regular cycles this pretty much relates to the same time in months. For me, it could be double the time and I really don't want to be waiting a year or more :( currently on 5 months ttc with just 2 cycles and one still ongoing...

Anyways, enough of that, it's a bank holiday (albeit a rainy one!) so let's get back to that positivity we've been talking about! :o:)

Oh, and even though I'll be taking AC and EPO, I'm still going to stick my non-charting cycle for the next one whenever it starts again and just try to DTD as often as we can :) Then if that still doesn't work that's when I'll use the OPK's. I'm hoping it doesn't come to that though! :p

    Still no af!! I can't believe im cd 121!!

well if its 4-6 cycles that could be take a while as I've only had 2 cycles in 9 months!!

May has been a very quiet month on the bfp front- I'll keep my fingers crossed we get a few in the next few days.

Hope everyone has had a lovely bank holiday weekend.x

How frustrating!! I can't remember I've you've said it before but have you been ttc since coming off the pill? Also, what have your cycles been like before?

I wonder if there is any possibility of there being a cancellation and you having an earlier scan. I know I would be driving myself mad waiting until the end of next month! Hugs to you xx
