BFN from me this morning - not even a snifter of a line, boooooo! Not happy as we gave it a really good try at exactly the right time this month! Getting a niggling feeling that maybe all is not well with either myself or hubby regarding fertility but then keep reminding myself both a friend of mine and my SIL took 8 months of TTC with their first babies. Roll on month 6 when AF shows her face probably on monday - pretty sure it's coming as I've got that heavy feeling and some light spotting. Hope someone else has happier news this month!

Read a snippet of "how to take charge of your fertility" book in waterstones today which said some women can take some months or even years to get back to normal after the pill. Considering buying said book on kindle.

Going to buy a thermometer soon as feel charting cycles might be vaguely more useful to me than the hassle of using OPKs along with the depressing feeling of not getting a positive.

It took 13 months (well, 13 cycles) for us to fall pregnant with baby Dale. Alas, it wasn't to be, but sometimes it just takes a bit.

Good morning ladies.
CD33 at the moment but I think/hope it will change to CD1 as the day goes on. I feel like AF should arrive any minute although I've not even had any spotting just that really heavy feeling. I just want to get on with it now.
I did give in and test, BFN, which is what I expected. It's just unusual for my cycle to be this long, not unheard of but whenever I pass CD30 there is that tiny bit of hope only for it to be dashed yet again.
Today I feel guilty for miscarrying and feel that I may have missed my chance. I would have been seven months pregnant now.

Definitely isn't fair is it? I'd be 8 months along now if we hadn't of lost Dale.

Thank you Mrs_T_M. I think I'm just having a bit of a bad day today. The supermarket shop is now done and OH is at work so I think I will give myself a shake and go out for a brisk walk. I made some soup and bread yesterday so I can have some of that when I get back. I will ignore the rest of the ironing for now.

I'm now 0 DPO which is CD 14. Not holding out too much hope for this month again as we only BD on CD 10 and CD 12. I had hoped to BD again yesterday and today, but yesterday I came down with a horrible stomach bug. Didn't sleep much last night up and down to the toilet. I do keep trying to convince OH to BD but he is keeping a safe distance from as he doesn't want to "catch your terms". He's so irrational considering he had it the other day and gave it to me! He won't come near me, despite me saying thus is our only chance this month, he's happy to try again next month!! Why don't men get it?!!

So I think I'm just riding out the 2WW to love into month 6 of TTC. Why is this process so hard? Everyone I know seems to be falling pregnant without even thinking about it
