It is a duty of a company to place the complaints procedure in place,it is a must.every one knows that.It is even mentioned in money saving forums
You'd be correct with some regulated industries, eg financial services. As stated before Play are regulated only by Law. And there is no law requiring them to have a complaints procedure.0
