Still waiting for you to provide a valid source to back this up.

No. No. No. You've got it the wrong way round.

    Tax evasion is illegal.

Tax avoidance is a perfectly legitimate method of reducing one's tax bill.

same thing(loophole)it is a criminal offence not to pay tax
Noone has investigated PlayTrade regarding Tax evasion yet!

    Of course it isn't.

If no tax is due, then no crime has been committed, has it?

Accountants make their living legitimately advising people how to avoid paying tax.

    Bottom line is :

1.) Noone has investigated PlayTrade for tax avoidance, tax evasion,Vat Evasion yet!
2.) PlayTrade have no 'Independent' complaints procedure in place.
3.) They have an appalling customer service

Gotta go now, will check it later....bye

But at least I have a clue what I am talking about, whereas you just seem to be throwing out random rubbish.

Would you care to explain how bye-laws relating to accountants are relevant to Play.com, as you seem to be relying on those to back up your claims.

Wrong again, not the same at all - one is illegal the other is good business practice.

I corrected your post above to make it more accurate.

'Spotlights' warns you about certain tax avoidance schemes which HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) thinks you should be aware of. These are just some of the schemes which HMRC believes are being widely offered to help those using them to avoid tax. HMRC is currently improving Spotlights to add more schemes.
You should be wary of other types of schemes, not just those listed here. If you are offered a way to pay less tax that sounds too good to be true, it probably is and be aware, HMRC never approves any scheme.
You are responsible for making sure that your tax return is correct - so make sure you understand what you are signing up to. If you do use an avoidance scheme you will be subjected to an HMRC enquiry.

Posting incorrect 'facts' and failing to source them.
    Posting irrelevant links.

    The similarities are amazing.

Perhaps if we're lucky he'll post a guide for how to complain to play.

    I've siding with PlayTrade here.
I wouldn't want to do business with mugheeth either

(Note: I do not have an independant complains procedure for people who disagree with this decision)
