Always had very good experiences with them, everything I've ordered has always arrived on time, even bang on release day for books I've ordered.

My brother once had a CD that didn't turn up so they sent another, three weeks later the first one also arrived, when he told them they said he could keep it.

Overall nothing to complain about and I'll use them again and happily recommend them.

Never had a problem with them.

I'm guessing by your other posts that you're just a sore loser because they decided that you weren't suitable to have a seller account with them.

So far never a problem, one item didn't turn up (out of loads), the seller refunded without any issues at all (Zoverstocks).

Not referring to the buying side of PlayTrade. Referring to the 'Selling' side of PlayTrade.

I listed some things on there, forgot about them and then got an email from someone who had tried to buy something and obviously not received the item requesting a refund.

I hadn't received any funds as I hadn't shipped the item. I live chatted with Play, they said they were holding the funds and if I pressed refund they would give the money back to the customer.

While it was an inconvenience, it was 100% my fault, and I expected to be scalded by Play for listing items and then forgetting about them, but they were fine and solved the problem.

How about OP you share your horror story, as I'm sure you must have one to have started this seemingly pointless thread?!

Just because you think it is 'pointless' does not necessary mean it is 'pointless'

Focus on the 'topic' not me.Calling some one a 'sore loser' does not help anyone
