Hi, I got my defence details from EE today and was hoping that someone could give me some pointers on how best to respond?

I originally put my complaint in when the changes to the T&C's were announced and then added to that when the price increase notification came about.

If you need more details, please let me know, I really want to get this back off today

Which defence did they send - T&Cs or price rise? I assume your CISAS case was T&Cs.

It actually covered both elements as I originally went to them about the T&Cs and then they address the price rise as I went back to them when that happened.

PAC code recieved the other day and £100 cheque received in the post today!

Just need to wait on the backdated payments now?

How long after winning your case did you receive your PAC code? Just trying to get an idea on how long it takes to come through? Thanks :) and as far as I no the backdated payments get sent after you have used the PAC code.

Sometimes you have to search the thread, see post #1613 for a rough guideline

The reply you have had is civil service jargon for "b****r off we are not interested". Reply and demand a proper answer.

I had a phone call from the executive office about my PAC code yesterday. EE had until the 6th to comply with CISAS so they took their time with me. I had also sent them an email last week reminding them.

I'm still waiting on my PAC, they have until the 5th of June and I emailed them last week, still waiting on a response from them. I take it there's no point in ringing frontline support.
