ScottishPower - anybody else unable to view online bills?
Comments
-
I have had this since the end of November. I entered the November readings for gas and electric but no change in balance and no bill produced. I emailed them and eventually a bill was produced just before Christmas! I entered the December readings and the same again so I emailed them . When there was no response I rang them (another story) and was told that a bill would be raised. They did eventually but only for the electric! When I input the January readings nothing happened so I emailed them again but so far nothing has happened. I want to call them this morning but cannot get into the billing part of my account to have the facts and figures in front of me.I feel so frustrated about it as currently I am fulfilling my part of the contract and they are not by not making an up to date balance available to me. I have been a Scottish Power customer for quite a while and until recently have been happy them. I am retired and on a budget and it is important to me to know how much my energy usage is each month.0

Yes they did used to be one of the best. When are they going to realise just how many people they are hacking off and DO something about it before they wake up one day and have no customers left.Appalling.0

I sent e-mail to them pointing out being unable to view bill. On-line account has now been corrected and bill to end of January can be viewed. Figures have been updated to my latest readings, so everything seems to be sorted.0

Various issues.
No reminder to enter meter readings when bill is due. Seems like the responsibility is with customer to do this. How difficult is it to email reminders?
No bill produced for Dec 2013 and had to chase them online via their contact us button
Intermittent access to website as often down
Can't view recent bill in Jan 2014 though they say it takes a few days and it's been weeks!
Trying to get my total kw for year to compare but virtually impossible with their "online" - more like offline - service
Oh and try calling them and you can be in a queue for 40 minutes.
I tried to get a quote for my mum and the staff aren't familiar with the tariffs. Saying that there are so many it must be confusing for them so how are we supposed to work it out!0 -
Is anyone else having any problems accessing their SP account? It says that maintenance was being done on friday and it says that I am unable to access.
I'm in the process of switching, it's a bit early for any termination but I don't trust SP, especially when they have my money. Is it just another SP glitch/screw up?0 -
As of 15.20 hrs I cannot get into my account either.
Looks like ANOTHER Scottish Power c*ck up........0 -
Hi,
just tried, says they are making improvements to the site, things can only get better.0 -
huh,it also means they can only get worse
They need to employ a lot more people and get more lines available to ring through on.
Or stop making so many damn mistakes.0 -

Thank you everyone for confirming that it's not only me having trouble with SP.0 -
We're on a Scottish power economy 7 tariff and I've had so many issues with them getting my meter readings mixed up, 10+ phone calls to get it sorted, not forgetting that getting through to them takes forever on the phone.
I was planning on switching providers but as we're moving house in a few weeks it just wasn't worth it
Their website is almost as useless as the call centre staff. Not forgetting the cost.0
